摘要: The exposure amounts of R, G, and B laser light emitted from a fabrication light source are so adjusted that the diffraction efficiency at R, G, and B wavelengths in an optical element is commensurate with the light intensity at the R, G, and B wavelengths in the light emitted from a reproduction light source. For example, when the light intensity of the light emitted from the reproduction light source is increasingly low at the B, G, and R wavelengths in this order, the exposure amounts of the R, G, B, laser light emitted from the fabrication light source are so adjusted that the diffraction efficiency in the optical element is increasingly high at the B, G, and R wavelengths in this order. In this way, the hue of the light (reproduction light) obtained from the reproduction light source via the optical element can be adjusted to the hue desired with every reproduction light source used, while the most use is made of the light emitted from the reproduction light source actually used.

摘要: A SiC semiconductor device having a MOS structure includes: a SiC substrate; a channel region providing a current path; first and second impurity regions on upstream and downstream sides of the current path, respectively; and a gate on the channel region through the gate insulating film. The channel region for flowing current between the first and second impurity regions is controlled by a voltage applied to the gate. An interface between the channel region and the gate insulating film has a hydrogen concentration equal to or greater than 4.7×1020 cm−3. The interface provides a channel surface having a (000-1)-orientation surface.

摘要: The invention relates to a canopy installation structure provided with strength of a ROPS in a working vehicle, and more particularly to a canopy installation structure which does not increase a counterweight even in a compact working vehicle having a comparatively light vehicle weight. Lower ends of a pair of left and right support columns (10a, 10b) supporting a roof installation plate (5a) from a lower surface side are connected and firmly attached by an installation seat plate (11). An installation bracket (3) is provided with a support column (15) and a canopy installation seat (16) in which a portion near one end is attached to the support column (15), and firmly supports and fixes the installation seat plate (11) by an installation bolt (13). The support column (15) is supported and fixed to a counter weight or the like, and the other end portion of the canopy installation seat (16) is supported and fixed by utilizing a bracket (22) attached to a rev-frame. The installation bracket (3) can be structured by a sheet metal or the like for weight saving.

摘要: An image display apparatus has: a display element for displaying an image; a light source section for supplying an illumination light to the display element; a reflection type hologram for diffracting and reflecting the illumination light so as to guide the illumination light to the display element; and an eyepiece optical system for guiding an image light from the display element to an eye of a viewer so as to provide an enlarged virtual image of the image. The reflection type hologram has diffusing properties. Since the reflection type hologram diffuses the illumination light, an incident angle of the illumination light with respect to the display element is widened to a certain extent. Since the display element does not change a propagating direction of a light ray, a propagating direction of the image light is widened similarly to widening of the incident angle, thereby enlarging the observation pupil.
