    摘要: A variable displacement vane compressor for an air conditioning system used in an automobile has a cylinder assembly having a bore in which a rotor (7) is received to form at least one crescent chamber (R1, R2) between the rotor (7) and the bore. The cooling capacity is adjusted in accordance with a cooling load of the air conditioning system by displacement of an annular plate member (21) for controlling the amount of refrigerant introduced into a crescent chamber (R1, R2). The annular plate member (7) is driven by a driving units (25, 25a, 26, 27, 28, S1, S2) in which a dynamic pressure balance between a first compartment (S1) to which a refrigerant gas under a discharging pressure is introduced, and of a second compartment (S2) to which an oil under a discharging pressure is introduced. A sealing means (35a, 36) for preventing the leakage of the refrigerant gas from the high pressure region including the first compartment (S1) to the low pressure region is provided between the annular plate member (21) and a front end wall member (4) and an pressurized oil is supplied to the sealing means (35a, 36) to enhance the sealing effect of the sealing means (35a, 36).

    摘要: A variable displacement vane compressor including a rotor rotatably supported between a pair of side plates secured to a cylinder, vanes movably supported in the rotor to define variable compression chambers in the cylinder, a reciprocally rotatable displacement control plate located between the rotor and one of the side plates for controlling the largest displacement of the compression chambers when closed, a spool chamber provided in one side plate and opposed to the displacement control plate, a spool which reciprocates in the spool chamber to define a first pressure chamber in which a refrigerant having a discharge pressure is introduced and a second pressure chamber in which an oil having the discharge pressure is introduced through a control valve unit in response to the suction pressure, the spool and the displacement control plate being interconnected by a connecting member and moving together, a seal ring between the displacement control plate and the one side plate, for isolating a high pressure area from a low pressure area, and feed passages for introducing the oil having the discharge pressure to the sealing ring. The one side plate has an elongated hole which permits movement of the connecting member extending therethrough, and the seal ring has a diameter smaller than that of an imaginary circle centered on the rotation axis of the rotor and circumscribing the elongated hole. The seal ring is eccentric to the rotation axis and includes the elongated hole in the seal ring.

    摘要: A magnetic sensor includes magnetoresistive elements and a soft magnetic body. The magnetoresistive elements have multi layers including a magnetic layer and a nonmagnetic layer on a substrate, and exert a magnetoresistance effect. The soft magnetic body is electrically disconnected with the magnetoresistive elements, and converts a vertical magnetic field component from the outside into a magnetic field component in a horizontal direction so as to provide the magnetoresistive elements with the horizontally converted magnetic field component. The magnetoresistive elements have a pinned magnetic layer having a fixed magnetization direction and a free magnetic layer having a variable magnetization direction. The free magnetic layer is stacked on the pinned magnetic layer with a nonmagnetic layer interposed between the free magnetic layer and the pinned magnetic layer. The magnetization directions of the pinned magnetic layers of the magnetoresistive elements are the same direction. The magnetoresistive elements form a bridge circuit.

The cam ring is swingingly movably accommodated in a housing and biased in a direction to increase an eccentricity amount of the cam ring relative to the axis of the rotor by a biasing member. First and second pressure chambers are defined inside the housing by the outer peripheral section of the cam ring. The second pressure chamber is supplied with the discharge pressure to be applied to the cam ring to assist the biasing force of the biasing member.     摘要: A variable displacement pump includes a pump structural member configured to change volumes of a plurality of working chambers by rotation of a rotor, so as to introduce oil through an inlet port into the working chambers and to discharge the oil through a discharge port, and further configured to oscillate a cam ring by a discharge pressure introduced into a control oil chamber. A first coil spring is provided to force the cam ring in a direction for increasing of a rate of change of the working-chamber volume. A second coil spring is provided to force the cam ring in a direction for decreasing of the rate of change of the working-chamber volume. The first and second coil springs are laid out on both sides of an arm portion of the cam ring in a manner so as to be opposed to each other.
