    摘要： A method of fabricating semiconductor memory devices which has sufficient cell isolation to achieve miniaturization at the 0.3 to 0.4 .mu.m level. In the semiconductor memory devices of the present application miniaturization is achieved by removing overlap allowances between each gate and each LOCOS and those between each diffusion layer and each LOCOS used to separate the above-described semiconductor memory elements. In one embodiment, the method according to the present application includes forming LOCOSs in forms of stripes in parallel with a direction in which a select gate is formed in forming the LOCOSs for separating respective semiconductor memory elements, forming laminated gate portions each including a floating gate and a control gate perpendicularly to the LOCOSs, forming strip-shaped resist layers in parallel with the select gate so as to cover portions to be selection transistors and a part of the upper regions in the selection transistor side of the above laminated gate portions, etching the LOCOSs by using the resist layers and the laminated gate portions as masks, forming impurity diffusion layers to be source lines and drain lines by using the above resist layers and the above laminated gate portions as masks, and then forming select gates, and therefore it does not need the mask matching allowances between the laminated gates and the LOCOSs nor the mask matching allowances between the source diffusion layers and the LOCOSs which have conventionally prevented the miniaturization due to its self-alignment feature. In addition, patterning is performed by combinations of strip and therefore the corners of the LOCOSs are not rounded off so as to decrease the mask matching allowances between the floating gates and the LOCOSs.

    摘要： A traveling driving device for a bicycle, which device is capable of increasing rotational torque of a chain wheel using pedaling cranks without elongating a crank arm. This device is borne by a bearing disposed on a frame of the bicycle and has an eccentric plate put on a rotating shaft having cranks with pedal. This eccentric plate is secured to a frame member of the bicycle through a stay portion. The chain wheel is put rotatably on the outer periphery of the eccentric plate through a ball bearing and a working plate secured to the rotating shaft is linked to the chain wheel by linking members. When the rotating shaft is rotated by pedaling action of the cranks, rotation is transmitted to the chain wheel through the working plate and the linking members. Since the chain wheel is rotated in an eccentric state with respect to the rotating shaft, it can be rotated with a rotation radius smaller than a chain wheel having no eccentric mechanism and as a result, rotational torque of the chain wheel is increased, depending on eccentricity length.

    摘要： A method for sorting slide films stored in a magazine. One slide film has a mount made of a rigid material such as thick paper, and an exposed film or a picture image is mounted on the mount. In a sequence of operations to take out a film slide from a magazine storing a plurality of slides, transport the same for a predetermined treatment and transport again to another place for storing the same in a different magazine or a bucket, a dummy slide which can be easily discerned is inserted for every group of slides sorted according to an arbitrary classification, for example by clients or by subjects, to thereby facilitate a sorting operation.
