Abstract:
The invention relates to a method for finishing a wood board with an upper face and a lower face. A layer of liquid synthetic resin is first applied at least onto the upper face or the lower face, and at least one paper ply soaked with a synthetic resin is then applied. The structure is then pressed in a press under high pressure and at a high temperature, wherein the synthetic resin melts and is connected to the upper face or the lower face of the wood board. The invention is characterized in that the upper face and/or the lower face is provided while still having a press skin and in an ungrounded state, and the layer is applied so thinly that the liquid synthetic resin is completely drawn into the press skin, the layer is not actively dried, and the paper ply is positioned on the press skin.

Abstract:
A building board, in particular a flooring panel of wooden material is provided. The building board includes a top and an underside, in which at least the top is provided with a decorative layer imitating a natural material. The building board further includes connecting mechanisms corresponding to one another and peripheral side surfaces. At least one side surface and at least one connecting mechanism is provided with a pattern.
Abstract:
A panel, in particular a floor panel, with a core consists of a wood material or a wood material-plastic mixture. A top side and a bottom side are provided. The panel has on a first lateral edge a lower locking element, which includes a first arm that is arranged on the bottom side of the panel and that projects over the first lateral edge. A first hook element with an undercut is arranged on an outer end of the first arm. The panel has on a second lateral edge that is opposite to the first lateral edge an upper locking element with a second arm that is arranged on the top side of the panel and that projects over the second lateral edge. A second hook element, which has at least one locking nose, is arranged on an outer end of the second arm, such that two identically designed panels can be connected and locked to one another in the horizontal direction and in the vertical direction after the locking nose of one panel is snapped into the undercut of a second panel. In the first arm of the lower locking element, at least one integral slot is provided with a width that is smaller than that of the second hook element.
Abstract:
A building board, in particular of wooden material, plastic or a mixture of wooden material and plastic, with a top side and an underside and side edges. A polyurethane layer is applied at least on the top side. A decorative layer imitating a natural material is applied onto the polyurethane layer.
Abstract:
A method for laying floor panels in a room to form a closed floor area on a laying plane (R) without using an adhesive. The floor panels especially comprising a wood material, such as MDF or HDF, and having matching corresponding profiles on opposite longitudinal edges (I, I′) and transverse edges (II, II′). The closed floor area is obtained by interconnecting a plurality of panels on their transverse edges (II, II′) to give a row (R1) and on their longitudinal edges (I,I′) to give a plurality of rows (Rn) and then locking them in relation to each other.
Abstract:
A method for the production of grounded panels and to a panel having a core made from a wood material board. The method includes provision of a wood material board, application of a grounding in the form of a synthetic resin layer to at least one topside of the wood material board, application of a coating to an underside, lying opposite the topside of the wood material board, of the wood material board, pressing of the layer build-up consisting of the wood material board, grounding and coating under the influence of pressure and, if appropriate, temperature, division of the grounded and coated wood material board into individual panels, cutting machining of side faces of the panels for the incorporation of connection and locking means, and transport-safe packaging of the grounded panels.
Abstract:
A device for connecting and locking two building boards, in particular floor panels, on their longitudinal sides and/or transverse sides in the horizontal and vertical direction through an essentially vertical joining movement. The building boards have a top side and an underside. On their lateral edges to be connected to one another are provided with profiles corresponding to one another. A locking element with a locking projection is provided in the profile of the first building board. The locking projection interacts with a locking depression provided in the profile of the second building board such that the two building boards are automatically locked in the vertical direction with the joining movement. The locking element is embodied in an essentially rigid manner and the locking projection can be brought into the locking depression through a rotary motion of the locking element.
