摘要: A wrinkled filament nonwoven fabric according to the present invention has a structure in which thermoplastic resin filaments are arrayed lengthwise and crosswise, and includes a plurality of first wrinkles arranged in parallel and a plurality of second wrinkles arranged in parallel, each of the plurality of second wrinkles intersecting at least one of the plurality of first wrinkles. Continuous production of the wrinkled filament nonwoven fabric according to the present invention is relatively easy.

摘要: A metal surface coating composition and a terminal-fitted electric wire which is anti-corrosion treated with the composition are provided. The composition includes a high-consistency material containing a lubricant base oil and an amide compound, a composition of a phosphorus compound containing one or more compounds represented by the below formulae and a metal, and a nucleating agent: where X1 to X7 each represent an oxygen atom or a sulfur atom, R11 to R13 each represent a hydrogen atom or a hydrocarbon group having 1 to 30 carbon atoms, among which at least one is a hydrocarbon group having 1 to 30 carbon atoms, and R14 to R16 each represent a hydrogen atom or a hydrocarbon group having 1 to 30 carbon atoms among which at least one is a hydrocarbon group having 1 to 30 carbon atoms.

The method includes a first phosphorus treatment step of treating a crystalline aluminosilicate with a first phosphorus compound, a mixing and firing step of mixing the phosphorus-treated crystalline aluminosilicate obtained in the first phosphorus treatment step with a binder and then performing firing to form an aluminosilicate mixture, and a second phosphorus treatment step of treating the aluminosilicate mixture with a second phosphorus compound.

摘要: A nonwoven fabric according to the present invention is formed so that constituent fibers of the nonwoven fabric have an average fiber diameter of less than 1 μm and the number of fibers having fiber diameters ranging from 2 times up to 10 times the average fiber diameter of the constituent fibers is in a range of 2 to 20% of a total number of the constituent fibers. When the nonwoven fabric according to the present invention is used as a filter layer constituting an air filter, for example, it is possible to achieve high collection efficiency while reducing clogging (packing) between fibers to solve problems that may occur in using the conventional nanofiber nonwoven fabric (such as an increase in pressure loss and a decrease in service life).
