    Abstract: Techniques are described that facilitate authenticating and verifying pick-ups and deliveries associated with an autonomous vehicle delivery service. In one example embodiment, a method comprises accessing, by a system comprising a processor, authentication information associated with a target physical location, wherein the authentication information comprises network access information for a communication network associated with the target physical location. The method further comprises verifying, by the system, whether a current location of an autonomous vehicle corresponds to the target physical location based on an ability of a communication device of the autonomous vehicle to establish a network connection with the communication network using the network access information.

    Abstract: An apparatus for managing power of an electric vehicle and a method thereof are provided. The apparatus determines whether a user participates in a leisure activity based on surrounding information of the electric vehicle, and supplies power when a plug is connected to an outlet provided in the electric vehicle while entering a leisure mode to allow the user to use the outlet during leisure activities. The apparatus includes an information collector that collects surrounding information of the electronic vehicle, and a controller that determines whether a user is performing a leisure activity based on the surrounding information of the electric vehicle collected by the information collector and adjusts power supply based on whether an outlet provided in the electric vehicle is plugged in in a leisure mode indicating that the user is performing a leisure activity.

    Abstract: An electronic key system includes a door unit, an installed device, a portable device, at least one processor, and a storage medium storing. The storage medium stores a program that causes the processor to execute a composite authentication process and a simple authentication process. The composite authentication process permits unlocking of the door unit if all of the following conditions are satisfied: key information output from the portable device matches pre-registered key information; a user's motion matches pre-registered first motion information; and the motion matches pre-registered second motion information. The simple authentication process is executed during the time from locking of the door unit to elapse of a preset time or from locking of the door unit to when the portable device is located outside an authentication notification area. The simple authentication process permits unlocking of the door unit if the key information matches the pre-registered key information.

    Abstract: In some implementations, a vehicle experience system may receive a service request associated with a vehicle. The vehicle experience system may qualify a driver for a vehicle experience involving the vehicle. The vehicle experience system may provide, to a user device associated with the driver, a verification code for authenticating the vehicle experience involving the driver and the vehicle. The vehicle experience system may provide, to a location management system associated with the vehicle, a notification that the vehicle is to be involved in the vehicle experience. The vehicle experience system may provide, to the location management system and based on receiving scan data being associated with the verification code, the authentication of the vehicle experience to enable a provisioning device to facilitate access to the vehicle.
