Abstract: Provided is a steel sheet having a predetermined chemical composition and microstructure, wherein a block size in a first depth region of 1 to 10 μm from the surface is 5.0 μm or less, a block size in a second depth region of 10 to 60 μm from the surface is 6.0 to 20.0 μm, and a block size in a third depth region of 60 μm to 1/4 thickness from the surface is less than 6.0 μm. Further, provided is a method for producing a steel sheet comprising a step of hot rolling a steel slab having a predetermined chemical composition, then coiling it at 500° C. or more, a step of pickling the hot rolled steel sheet to remove oxide scale, wherein an amount of removal of the surface layer of the hot rolled steel sheet is less than 5.00 μm, a step of cold rolling by a rolling reduction of 30 to 90%, and an annealing step of holding in an atmosphere of a dew point of −20 to 20° C. at a temperature region of 740 to 900° C. for 40 to 300 seconds.

Abstract: A steel sheet having a tensile strength (TS) of 780 MPa or more and less than 1180 MPa, high LME resistance, and good weld fatigue properties. The steel sheet has a specific chemical composition and a specific steel microstructure. Crystal grains containing an oxide of Si and/or Mn in a region within 4.9 μm in a thickness direction from a surface of the steel sheet have an average grain size in the range of 3 to 10 μm, the lowest Si concentration LSi and the lowest Mn concentration LMn in the region within 4.9 μm in the thickness direction from the surface of the steel sheet and a Si concentration TSi and a Mn concentration TMn at a quarter thickness position of the steel sheet satisfy a specified formula.

0.17%≤carbon≤0.25%,
1.8%≤manganese≤2.3%,
0.5%≤silicon≤2.0%,
0.03%≤aluminum≤1.2%,
sulphur≤0.03%,
phosphorus≤0.03%,
the remainder composition being composed of iron and unavoidable impurities caused by processing, the microstructure of said steel sheet containing in area fraction, 4 to 20% residual austenite, 0 to 15% of ferrite, 40 to 85% tempered bainite and a minimum of 5% of tempered martensite, wherein the cumulated amounts of tempered martensite and residual austenite is between 10 and 30%. The composition may also contain one or more of the following elements: chromium≤0.4%, molybdenum≤0.3%, niobium≤0.04%, titanium≤0.1%. Manufacturing methods and use of tempered and coated steel sheet for making vehicle parts are also described.-

Abstract: The high-strength hot-dip galvanized steel sheet, which includes a hot-dip galvanized coating layer on a surface of the steel sheet, has a component composition containing, in mass %, C: 0.07% to 0.20%, Si: 0.1% to 2.0%, Mn: 2.0% to 3.5%, P: 0.05% or less, S: 0.05% or less, and sol. Al: 0.005% to 0.1%, with the balance being Fe and incidental impurities; and has a steel microstructure containing, in area fraction, 60% or less of ferrite, 40% or more of tempered martensite, and 10% or less of fresh martensite and having a void number density of 1,500/mm2 or less in a bent portion in the VDA bending test.

[Resolution Means] A manufacturing method of a galvannealed steel sheet, including: forming on a surface of a steel sheet after hot rolling and pickling which contains, by mass %, C: 0.001% to 0.350%, Si: 0.001% to 2.500% or P: 0.001% to 0.100%, or combination thereof, Mn: 0.10% to 3.00%, S: 0.001% to 0.010%, N: 0.0010% to 0.0065%, and sol. Al: 0.001% to 0.800% with a remainder being Fe and impurities, grooves having an opening surface width of 10 μm to 25 μm and a depth of 10 μm to 30 μm at intervals of 20 μm to 500 μm; cold rolling the steel sheet at a rolling reduction of 30% or more; reduction annealing the steel sheet after the cold rolling; immersing the steel sheet in a hot-dip galvanizing bath containing 0.10 mass % to 0.20 mass % of Al with a remainder consisting of Zn and optional components, and adhering a hot-dip galvanized layer to the surface of the steel sheet; and heating the steel sheet to which the hot-dip galvanized layer is adhered, and alloying the steel sheet with the hot-dip galvanized layer.-
