The second contact point electrode of the first switch and the second contact point electrode of the second switch may be electrically connected with the second drive line.

摘要: An actuation system of a transfer case includes a face cam, a motor, a gear reduction assembly, and an intermediate rotating member. The face cam includes a first member and a second member, and rotation of the first member relative to the second annular causes the first member or the second annular member to displace axially relative to the other member for selective operation of a torque transfer mechanism of the torque transfer device. The gear reduction assembly includes a first planetary gear set that increases torque from the motor by a first ratio, and a second planetary gear set that increases torque from the first planetary gear set by a second ratio and is coaxial with the first planetary gear set and the motor. The intermediate rotating member is rotated by the gear reduction assembly and rotates the first annular member for selective operation of the torque transfer mechanism.

摘要: A compact electromechanical decoupler device is operatively connected between a manual control device of an aircraft and an electromechanical actuator that controls the flight modes of the aircraft. The electromechanical decoupler device is operable to decouple the operative connection between the manual control device and the electromechanical actuator with the absence of power supplied to the electromechanical decoupler device. The electromechanical decoupler device can recouple the operative connection between the manual control device and the electromechanical actuator on resupply of power to the electromechanical decoupler device and on manually achieving proper rotational alignment or indexing between the mechanical control device and the electromechanical actuator.

摘要: The invention relates to a clutch assembly for a powertrain of a motor vehicle, comprising at least one clutch and at least one actuation device. The clutch can be brought into an open position and/or a closed position by means of the actuation device such that a first sub-region of the powertrain and a second sub-region of the powertrain are decoupled and/or coupled. The actuation device comprises an actuation element and a control element which is connected to the clutch. The control element is arranged in a guidable manner in a guide slot with respect to the actuation element, and the control element is held in the region of the guide slot by means of an energy storage element, which counteracts a movement of the control element out of a first stop position along the guide slot, in the closed position of the clutch. The invention also relates to a method for decoupling the first sub-region of the powertrain from the second sub-region of the powertrain by means of the clutch assembly.

摘要: A clutch comprises an input shaft, an output shaft and a biasing member. The biasing member is arranged to provide a biasing force that allows torque transfer from the input shaft to the output shaft via one or more input friction plates and one or more output friction plates. Rotation of the output shaft may cause the biasing force to vary to adjust the maximum torque setting of the clutch during reeling-in or reeling-out of a winch cable around a winch drum. A retainer may be included in the clutch which retains the biasing member in operative connection with the output shaft and translates axially relative to the input shaft upon rotation of the output shaft. The axial translation may cause the biasing force to vary by varying the compression of the biasing member.
