    摘要: An applied voltage decision unit 510 performs in parallel, a process of determining three-phase AC commands V1u* to V1w* of a voltage applied to a motor by an inverter based on a position, of a rotor of a motor, detected by a position sensor with an output A, and a process of determining three-phase AC commands V2u* to V2w* of the voltage applied to the motor by the inverter based on a neutral point voltage VN of the motor. A PWM modulator 507 alternately outputs a PWM signal according to the three-phase AC commands V1u* to V1w* and a PWM signal according to the three-phase AC commands V2u* to V2w* to the inverter. A control device determines whether or not the position sensor with the output A has failed by comparing the position, of the rotor, detected by the position sensor with the output A with a position, of the rotor, estimated from a neutral point voltage VN of the motor.

    摘要: An open phase detection system for a power conversion system includes a phase difference abnormality detection unit, an amplitude difference abnormality detection unit, and an open phase determination unit. The phase difference abnormality detection unit outputs a phase difference abnormality signal when an absolute value of a phase difference between a current flowing through a reactor and a current flowing through a capacitor is equal to or smaller than a phase threshold value. The amplitude difference abnormality detection unit outputs an amplitude difference abnormality signal when an absolute value of a value based on an amplitude difference between the current flowing through the reactor and the current flowing through the capacitor is equal to or smaller than an amplitude threshold value. The open phase determination unit outputs an open phase signal when receiving inputs of both the phase difference abnormality signal and amplitude difference abnormality signal.

In a case in which a state in which the deviation between the target speed and the actual speed is greater than or equal to a predetermined threshold value continues for a predetermined time or more, the wiper motor control circuit carries out control that lowers the target speed and in which the driving circuit generates, and supplies to the wiper motor, a voltage that eliminates deviation between the lowered target speed and the actual speed of the output shaft.

    摘要: A current sensor state determination device determines that an abnormality is caused in a current sensor when a sum of phase currents based on current detection values from each of the current sensors in three phases is greater than a first determination value, and determines that no abnormality is caused in the current sensor when the sum of phase currents is equal to or less than the first determination value. The state determination device determines that the current sensor is normal when it is determined that (i) no abnormality is caused in a preset electric angle range equal to or less than one electric-angle cycle of the rotating electric machine and (ii) a value of an electric current flowing in the rotating electric machine in a rotating coordinates system calculated based on the current detection value is equal to or greater than a second determination value.

The inverter includes: a three-phase bridge circuit including a plurality of switching elements; a three-phase short circuit which short-circuits three phases of the motor via the three-phase bridge circuit; and a control circuit. The control circuit includes: a microprocessor which drives the three-phase bridge circuit; a malfunction notification circuit which outputs a malfunction notification signal when the microprocessor is malfunctioning; and a latch circuit which holds the malfunction notification signal outputted from the malfunction notification circuit. The control circuit outputs a three-phase short-circuit drive signal which drives the three-phase short circuit, based on the malfunction notification signal held by the latch circuit.

    摘要: Provided are a failure determination device and method for a rotating machine control device, which are capable of detecting failure of a sensor configured to detect a rotational position of a rotating machine while the rotating machine is in operation. A rotation angle estimator calculates a rotation angle estimation value. A relationship between the rotation angle estimation value (θest), and a first angle detection value (θ1) and a second angle detection value (θ2), which are obtained from output signals of angle sensors configured to detect a rotational position of a rotating machine, is monitored while the rotating machine is in operation. In this manner, failure of the angle sensors, which are configured to detect the rotational position of the rotating machine, can be always detected even while the rotating machine is in operation.
