    摘要: A pump has a housing that includes an inlet to receive a liquid to be pumped, an outlet to provide the liquid being pumped, a pumping chamber between the inlet/outlet; and a motor shaft to rotate in the pumping chamber. The impeller is arranged on the motor shaft, includes radially curved vanes to rotate inside the pumping chamber to pump the liquid from the pumping chamber to the outlet; and includes anti-airlock vanes formed as a set of axially curving vane extensions that extend along the axis of the shaft, rotate with one part inside the pumping chamber, protrude through the inlet and rotate with another part outside the inlet for submerging in liquid to be pumped underneath the pump, draw the liquid through the inlet into the pumping chamber, and provide the liquid to the radially curved vanes to generate pressure to force entrapped air from the pumping chamber.

    摘要: A centrifugal pumping system having a stack of impellers and diffusers for pressurizing fluid. The impellers are rotated by a motor for pressurizing and lifting fluid from within a wellbore. Undulating profiles are provided on leading edges of the impellers for inducing turbulence in the fluid being pumped. Increasing turbulence better homogenizes the fluid, so that choked flow is avoided when different density components are present in the fluid. Reducing the possibility of choked flow increases pump efficiency and lift capacity.

    摘要: An impeller integrally includes a substrate and multiple impeller blades provided upright along a curved shape and circumferentially spaced apart on one face of the substrate. The impeller blades expand in diameter and each include an inner circumferential-side blade portion on the inner circumferential side of the substrate and extending in the rotary shaft core direction and have a tip side that is bent, and an outer circumferential-side blade portion on the outer circumferential side of the substrate and extending in the rotary shaft core direction. In the direction along the rotary shaft core, the length of the inner circumferential-side blade portion from the substrate side to the tip side is longer than the length of the outer circumferential-side blade portion from the substrate side to the tip side, and the blade thickness of the inner circumferential-side blade portion gradually decreases from the substrate side toward the tip side.
