摘要: A telescopic/image capture device that allows for the concurrent viewing and capturing an image of an object, wherein the captured image is magnified to the same level than that of the viewed image. Further included are filters incorporated into the device to allow for the attenuation of light in undesired wavelengths while allowing light in desired wavelengths to pass unattenuated. In still a further aspect of the invention, a second telescopic lens is incorporated into the path of light to be captured by the image capture device, wherein the image captured and recorded is of a greater magnification than that of the user viewable image.

摘要: A lighting device comprising a plurality of lighting modules arranged concentrically about an optical axis is disclosed wherein the plurality of lighting modules emit light in at least one of a plurality of wavelength ranges (UV, visible (e.g., blue, green, yellow, orange, red, white, etc.), IR) and are arranged at a non-parallel angle to an optical axis of the lighting device, wherein the emitted light is directed towards a lens system that focuses the light onto a viewing point. A second lighting device is disclosed, wherein the lighting device comprises a plurality of lighting modules arranged concentrically about an inner circumference of the lighting device, wherein the plurality of lighting modules emit light in at least one of a plurality of wavelength ranges (UV, visible (e.g., blue, green, yellow, orange, red, white, etc.), IR) onto a lighting director device that redirects the emitted light toward a lens system that focuses the light onto a viewing point.

摘要: A method for determining filtering capabilities of a magnification device suitable for providing protection from light when viewed through the magnification device is disclosed. The filtering capability of the magnification device is determined based at least one of an input power of the inputted light signal, a magnification level of the magnification device and an orientation of the filtering within the magnification device. Further disclosed is an lighting system that generates a light, which when reflected into the magnification device is prevent from causing damage to a user's eyes based on the selection of the filtering system disclosed herein.

摘要: A system for aligning a camera view and the illumination of a lighting fixture is disclosed. The system includes a camera contained with a housing and a lighting fixture that is pivotedly attached to the housing. An angle adjuster attached to a proximate end of each of the housing and the lighting fixture converts a linear movement to the adjuster into an angular adjustment of the lighting fixture with regard to an optical axis of a camera contained with the housing. In another aspect of the invention, the system of aligning a camera view and light fixture may be attached to a magnification lenswear and a focal point of the magnification lenswear may be aligned with the aligned camera view and the illumination of the lighting fixture.
