    摘要: A thermosensitive semiconductor device has a semiconductor substrate of one conductivity type which is used as the common collector of at least two Darlington-connected transistors. The base of the first stage transistor is connected to the common collector to form a first terminal and the emitter of the final stage transistor forms a second terminal. A constant current source is connected between the first and second terminals. To reduce deviations in the temperature response, a second collector region can be used and which can extend to a depth deeper than the depth of the emitter of the final stage transistor to absorb some of the carriers injected by the emitter.

    摘要: A logic regulation circuit for regulating the frequency dividing ratio of a variable frequency divider of an electronic timepiece comprises a first switch group having a plurality of ON and OFF switching states representative of different frequency rates and a second switch group having a plurality of ON and OFF switching states representative of frequency rate adjustment values. A first set of memory circuits is connected to the first switch group for memorizing the ON-OFF information thereof, and a second set of memory circuits is connected to the second switch group for memorizing the ON-OFF information thereof. A calculation circuit is connected to the first and second sets of memory cirucits for receiving the information content thereof and for adjusting the frequency rates represented by the information content of the first memory circuits in accordance with the frequency rate adjustment values represented by the information content of the second memory circuits to produce corresponding frequency rate signals suitable for regulating the frequency dividing ratio of the variable frequency divider. The calculation circuit includes a control signal generator for producing control signals according to the frequency rate adjustment values set by the second switch group, and logic circuitry for increasing or decreasing the frequency rates set by the first switch group in response to the control signals.

    摘要: A digital servo device having a servomotor with a feedback control device including a position detector. The detector detects the phase relationship among the various signals. The detector is a flip flop located between an AND gate and a differentiation circuit. The flip flop is connected to be set by a predetermined point detecting signal output from the AND gate and the flip flop is connected such that the positive and reverse direction command pulses are inhibited from being produced by locking a receiving shift register in response to an output signal from the flip flop. The feedback circuit is reset by a reset signal which comprises a differentiated output signal of the flip flop which has a pulse width wide enough for obtaining a resetting condition but not so wide that the next positive and reverse direction detecting pulses are extinguished.

    摘要: An electronic clinical thermometer comprises oscillating circuitry for producing two oscillating output signals having respective frequency-temperature coefficients which are widely different from each other. A frequency dividing circuit frequency divides one of the two output signals to produce a gate timing signal which controls the gating of the other oscillating output signal to an up/down counter. A switch coacts with the frequency dividing circuit to enable selective changing of the frequency dividing ratio, and another switch coacts with the up/down counter to enable variable setting of the reference count value from which the counter begins to up-count the oscillating output signal to produce an output counter number indicative of the measured temperature. A display device is connected through a decoder driver circuit and a latch circuit to the up/down counter and displays indicia representative of the measured temperature.
