    摘要: A hybrid heat transfer assembly includes operating equipment having a coolant loop including a cooling fluid inlet and a cooling fluid outlet. A radiator has a radiator inlet connected to the cooling fluid outlet, and a radiator outlet connected to the cooling fluid inlet. A radiator fan proximate the radiator directs air across the radiator. A chiller includes an evaporator having an evaporator inlet connected to the cooling fluid outlet, and an evaporator outlet connected to the cooling fluid inlet. A compressor is connected to the evaporator, a condenser is connected to the compressor, and an expansion valve is connected to the condenser and evaporator. A refrigerant loop connects the evaporator and compressor, the condenser and compressor, and the expansion valve to the condenser and the evaporator. A condenser fan proximate the condenser directs air across the condenser.

A flow tube having a plurality of fins on an exterior surface thereof, a first end, and a second end, the first end being received in an aperture of the first tank. A first seal is positioned between the flow tube and the first aperture. A retainer is positioned between the flow tube and the first aperture and between the first seal and the fins on the tube. A mounting block is positioned between the first tank and the fins on the tube, and is secured to the first tank. A second seal is positioned between the flow tube and the second aperture.

    摘要: A heat exchanger design is described which includes header plates, apertures, seals and flow tubes. A plurality of apertures in at least one header plate are configured to allow a flow tube to be inserted into or removed from the aperture as a whole at an angle. A seal is included within the aperture and is supported by differing diameters of the aperture wall. The seal engages the flow tube in a manner to allow high pressure operation of the heat exchanger when the flow tube is perpendicular to the header plate.

    摘要: An improved heat exchange apparatus useful for cooling hot oil generated through the operation of industrial machinery. The improved apparatus has a support member, at least one heat exchange tube secured at each end to the support member, and an elongated heat exchange tube retainer. The central portion of the heat exchange tube has at least one heat exchange fin extending outwardly from the periphery of the tube. The heat exchange tube retainer is mounted on a heat exchange tube end portion to hold the heat exchange tube firmly in place within the support member and preferably, although not necessarily, has at least one protruding portion that deflects air towards the heat exchange fin extending from the heat exchange tube retainer to enhance the heat exchange effectiveness of the apparatus.

A clamping arm is connected by linking arms to a clamping block, the clamping block configured to engage and force the front wall into snap-fit engagement with the top wall of the tube stay.
