    摘要: Method for manufacturing a sintered body with high density comprises: turning first powder into a first slurry by dispersing the first powder in a first dispersion medium composed mainly of substances capable of being extracted by supercritical fluid and forming a compact which contains the first dispersion medium, by casting the first slurry; turning second powder into a second slurry by dispersing the second powder in a second dispersion medium composed mainly of substances capable of being extracted by supercritical fluid, and forming a film layer by coating the surface of the compact with the second slurry; extracting and removing the substances contained in the compact and the substances contained in the film layer by means of the supercritical fluid; turning the film layer on the surface of the compact into an impermeable film layer to gas by heating the compact, from which the substances have been extracted and removed; and applying a hot isostatic pressing process to the compact, the film layer on the surface of the compact having been turned into the impermeable film layer.

    摘要: A method for manufacturing agglomerates of fired pellets comprising the steps of: the first pelletization step of adding and mixing fluxes to fine iron ores containing 30 to 95 wt. % of those of 0.125 mm or less in particle size to form a mixture and to pelletize the mixture into green pellets; the second pelletization step of adding powder cokes containing 80 to 100 wt. % of those of 1 mm or less in particle size to the green pellets, in amount of 2.5 to 4.0 wt. % to the fine iron ores, to prepare, through pelletization, green pellets coated with the powder cokes; and the sintering step of charging the green pellets coated with the powder cokes into a grate type sintering machine to manufacture the agglomerates of fired pellets. And furthermore, in another method for manufacturing agglomerated of fired pellets, fine iron ores containing 10 to 80 wt. % of those of 0.044 mm or less in particle size and powder cokes containing 20 to 70 wt. % of those of 1 mm or less in particle size are used.

    摘要: A linearly polarized light beam is applied to the surface of a film and is reflected therefrom. The beam is then split into three light beams by three or four optical flats. These light beams are applied to photoelectric conversion devices after passing through analyzers with fixed analyzing angles. The photoelectric conversion devices convert the beams into electric signals representing the intensities of these light beams. Two ellipsometric parameters .psi. and .DELTA. are calculated from these three electric signals.

The covering member includes a smooth-surfaced plastic covering or elastic covering. A rugged surface covering may be provided below the smooth surfaced covering.
