摘要: The present disclosure generally relates to a multi-leaf collimator. The multi-leaf collimator may include a set of leaves installed in a cavity, each leaf of the set of leaves having a length along a first direction. At least a portion of the set of leaves may extend beyond the cavity along the first direction. The set of leaves may be arranged along a second direction, the second direction being different from the first direction. A length of a target leaf of the set of leaves may be less than a length of a reference leaf of the set of leaves. The target leaf may be located in an end portion of the set of leaves along the second direction. The length of the set of leaves may conform to the shape of a maximum therapeutic radiation field.

摘要: The present disclosure is related to systems and methods for generating a radiation treatment plan for a treatment volume of a subject. The method includes retrieving a planning image of the treatment volume. The planning image may include a plurality of first voxels. The method also includes retrieving a treatment image that represents at least part of the treatment volume. The treatment image may include a plurality of second voxels. For at least one of the plurality of second voxels, the method further includes determining at least one reference voxel among the plurality of first voxels in the planning image and determining a dose value corresponding to the at least one second voxel. The method still further includes generating a radiation treatment plan based at least part on the dose value corresponding to the at least one second voxel.

The system may include: a first control sub-system configured to generate a first control instruction; a second control sub-system configured to generate a second control instruction; a table control sub-system operably coupled to the table; and a master controller configured to receive the first control instruction from the first control sub-system, or the second control instruction from the second control sub-system, generate a third control instruction based on the first control instruction or the second control instruction, and transmit the third control instruction to the table control sub-system. The table control sub-system may be configured to generate a control signal based on the third control instruction, and cause the table to move based on the control signal.

The method may also include generate, based on the plurality of second MR data sets, a plurality of T1 weighted images of the ROI each of which corresponds to a target time point.

The cathode, the anode, and the rotor may be enclosed in an enclosure that is connected to the sleeve. At least a portion of the sleeve may reside outside the enclosure.
