    摘要: Sealing arrangement for length compensation of an articulated shaft, where the sealing arrangement has a first shaft element which has a seat section, and a sealing sleeve with a fastening section. A circumferential groove is arranged on the seat section for fixing the sealing sleeve on the first shaft element. The sealing sleeve engages into the circumferential groove. The sealing sleeve, by way of the fastening section, is axially pushed onto the seat section in the direction of a longitudinal axis. The fastening section has at least one latching projection which projects radially inward and which engages in a latching manner into the circumferential groove when the sealing sleeve is in the fully pushed-on state. The seat section has a circumferential sealing face against which the fastening section of the sealing sleeve bears in an elastically tensioned manner in the fully pushed-on state.

A separate securing element for each yoke arm has an engagement portion with an outer circumference that is adapted to the circular arc groove and engaging the same and at least one securing portion that projects from the securing element in the direction away from the center and that engages the at least one securing recess and that secures the securing element against rotation around the center. A securing device retains the securing elements on the universal joint yoke.

    摘要: A universal joint includes two joint yokes that, respectively, have two yoke arms that each start from a connection portion. Through an eye portion distanced from the connection portion, bearing bores extend in which respectively, a journal of a journal cross by means of interposition of rolling members and of a bearing bushing are supported. On the outside of the yoke arms, a bulge is respectively provided towards the connection portion and adjacent to the bearing bore and over a partial circumference of the same, which bulge has, towards the bearing bore, a groove. A circumferential groove, belonging to a retaining trunnion projecting from the base of the bearing bushing, is arranged opposite to the groove. Between the two, a securing element is arranged that engages with an engagement portion in the groove and with a retaining portion facing away from the same, in the circumferential groove of the retaining trunnion. As the groove for receiving the securing element, which serves for the retainment of the bearing bushing in the bearing bore, is not designed to extend circumferentially fully around the bearing bore, the material thickness on the free end of the yoke arms can be reduced on the outside.

    摘要: An intermediate bearing for a driveline of a commercial vehicle has a housing (7) with a stirrup-shaped cross-section. The housing (7) has a fixing face (12) formed of two straight portions (8, 9) and a first arched portion (10). A bearing member (15) is arranged between the portions (8, 9, 10). The bearing member (15) is rubber and is connected to the fixing face (12) by vulcanization. A locking element (23) bridges the space between the two straight portions (8, 9). The locking member (23) is attached to the bearing member (15). The bearing member (15) encloses a supporting ring (16) which serves to receive a rolling contact bearing. The locking element (23) is adjustable for the purpose of setting a pre-tension of the bearing member (15) towards the longitudinal axis (18) of the bore (17) of the supporting ring (16). The locking element (23) can be connected to the housing (7) after the required pre-tension has been set.

    摘要: A flange yoke for universal joints includes a flange element having a longitudinal axis, two first attachment faces arranged on a first end face, and a connection face arranged on a second end face. The flange yoke also has two bearing elements having, respectively, a bearing bore, a second attachment face abutting one of the first attachment faces, and at least two blind holes with internal threads that extend parallel to the longitudinal axis and that start from the second attachment faces. To each blind hole, a through bore, extending parallel to the longitudinal axis, is arranged in the flange element. The through bores start from the connection face and end in one of the first attachment faces. The attachment screws are passed through the through bores and sit in the blind holes. By this, it is ensured, that the cross-sectional area of the bearing elements in a plane, formed by the journals of a journal cross, is not reduced by a bore and the highest possible torque capacity is achieved.

    摘要: A length adjustment for a drive shaft, wherein the length adjustment has the following: a first rotary element with a first longitudinal toothing and a second rotary element with a second longitudinal toothing. The first longitudinal toothing and the second longitudinal toothing mesh with each other and are axially displaceable to each other. In an end portion of the first rotary element a tooth gap between two longitudinal teeth of the first longitudinal toothing is obstructed. The radial height of a longitudinal tooth of the second longitudinal toothing is reduced relative to the residual longitudinal teeth such that only the longitudinal tooth reduced in radial height can be axially inserted into the obstructed tooth gap. The tooth gap is obstructed by a locking portion of the first rotary element, produced by forming or a material connection a pin resting in a bore of the first rotary element. The locking portion or the pin is arranged in the tooth gap or in axial extension to the tooth gap.
