    摘要: A rotary electrical machine comprises a stator and a rotor having an axis of rotation, wherein, on a plane radial to the axis of rotation has a rotor tooth with an arc of a circle. The arc is defined by a centre situated on the axis of symmetry of the tooth, a first point at an intersection between the axis of symmetry and a circle centred on the axis of rotation, and an outer radius. A second point is situated on an axis which passes via the axis of rotation, and forms an angle of 360° divided by a number equal to twice the number of magnetic poles. The second point is situated from the axis of rotation an amount equal to the outer radius decreased by an allowance. A ratio between the allowance and the outer radius is between 0.015 and 0.07.

    摘要: The invention relates to a voltage regulator (43) for a motor vehicle alternator (44). The device comprises a control module (I) for controlling an excitation current (lexc) in an excitation winding (3) of the alternator (44) according to a difference (5) between a setpoint voltage (DO) and a control voltage (Dbat) of an on-board network (9). The on-board network (9) of the vehicle is powered by a battery (10) to which the alternator (44) is connected. According to the invention, the voltage regulator (43) further comprises a safety module (30) that monitors the control voltage (Ubat) and which is separate from the control module (I). In a particular embodiment, the control module (I) and the safety module (30) are connected electrically by external bonding interconnections.

The synchronous electric motor includes a wound stator (11) having axially extending stator teeth (13) formed in a frame (10), and a rotor (1) having a plurality of permanent magnets (3) extending axially in first recesses (4) of a cylinder head (2). A dimensional ratio of a first outer diameter (D1) of the rotor (1) to a second outer diameter (D2) of the stator (11) is pre-determined so that the motor provides optimum efficiency. The dimensional ratio is pre-determined in such a way that the stator losses by Joule effect are reduced to a minimum. The synchronous electric motor is employed in electric compressors for motor vehicles.

    摘要: The rotor comprises of a plurality of alternating north poles (N) and south poles (S) formed from a plurality of permanent magnets (3) having a radial polygonal section and arranged in first recesses (4). These first recesses extend axially and are distributed regularly between a circumferential portion (5) and a central portion (6) of the magnetic mass (2) of the rotor in such a way as to define a plurality of circumferential polar sections (10). The radial section comprises a substantially rectangular portion (8) next to the circumferential portion adjacent to a substantially trapezoidal portion (7) next to the central portion. The rotor has a ratio (R) between a first height (h) of the trapezoidal portion and a second height (H) of the rectangular portion, in a radial direction, is predetermined in such a way as to maximize the efficiency of the electric machine.

The micro-hybrid system (1) comprises at least one rotary electrical machine (2) which is provided with a device (8) for detection of rotation, power circuits (14) comprising an inverter (7) and an excitation circuit (4) which supplies the rotary electrical machine (2), and a rectifier (11) which is supplied by the said rotary electrical machine (2), energy conversion circuits (12) which are connected to an energy storage device (9) which is supplied by the rectifier (11), a first circuit (13) to control the power circuits (14), and a second circuit (25) to control the energy conversion circuits (12). The method generates control signals (Dd. Exc., Dd. Ond., Auth. Exc., Auth. Ond.) on the basis of first information signals (Capt. Véh.) which are representative of a state of functioning of the vehicle, obtained from the vehicle sensors; and generates by means of the first control circuit (13) signals (Cd. Exc., Cd. Ond.) to control the power circuits (14) on the basis of diagnostic signals (Diag2. Exc., Diag2. Ond.) which are representative of a state of functioning of the system.     摘要: The invention relates to a device for gripping and transferring a ring of electrical conductors in the form of pins which are used to produce a winding, such as a pin winding. The gripping device (C) is designed to seize the ring from a first element, such as a ring-forming element, and to transfer same into a second element (B), such as an element used to insert the ring into the member that supports the winding to be produced. The inventive device comprises a control cone (19) which can be moved axially inside a frame (13) for contact with levers (15) which are pivot mounted to the frame, such that the levers pivot when the cone is moved. The winding-production system is characterized in that it comprises an autonomous gripping and transfer device (C) which can be separated from the above-mentioned first and second elements (B) and which can be positioned on same in a pre-determined reference position. The invention can be used to produce a stator for an electrically-rotating machine.
