摘要： A breathing arrangement includes a patient interface, at least one inlet conduit, and a headgear assembly. The patient interface includes a mouth covering assembly including a cushion structured to sealingly engage around exterior of a patient's mouth in use, a nozzle assembly including a pair of nozzles structured to sealingly engage within nasal passages of a patient's nose in use, and a flexible element connecting the mouth covering assembly and the nozzle assembly. The at least one inlet conduit is structured to deliver breathable gas into at least one of the mouth covering assembly and the nozzle assembly for breathing by the patient. The headgear assembly is removably connected to at least one of the mouth covering assembly and the nozzle assembly so as to maintain the mouth covering assembly and the nozzle assembly in a desired position on the patient's face.

In one embodiment the book holder is deployable, and the desk surface includes a recess into which the deployable book holder fits when the deployable book holder is in the closed position. The recess optionally includes a rubber surface to avoid slipping of the bottom edge of a book (such as a text book) when the book is being held up with the deployable book holder. In another embodiment a deployable book holder includes an aperture, and a recess includes an island. In various embodiments, a proximal end of a desk surface, closest to where a user sits, may be wider than the distal end to provide adequate arm room for the user.

摘要： The invention provides a bi-directional programming method/system/computer product for a programmer to enter source level instructions via either a visual language interface or a traditional syntactic level (code) interface. Irrespective of which means is used to describe the program, a corresponding “view” of the program (visual or syntax) is generated. Changes to the program can be made at either level, allowing the regeneration of the corresponding view (visual or syntax) to reflect the changes. For example, should the original program be described in a visual format, then a program can be generated in the corresponding syntax level format. Similarly, if a programmer wishes to make changes to this syntax level, then the equivalent version of the program can be regenerated in the visual format to reflect the changes. The invention can advantageously be used to develop back-end logic for an application program.
