摘要: A multi-point hydraulic suspension system for a land vehicle has two or more individual hydraulic actuators. These two or more actuators are each operatively arranged between a suspended structure and a wheeled base of the land vehicle for relative positioning one another. A common supply of pressurized fluid has a given pressure and a selectively operable pump with an inlet and an outlet, for increasing the given pressure of the common supply of pressurized fluid. A fluid reservoir is in selective fluid communication with the inlet of the pump. Controllable valve means are interposed between each of the two or more actuators and the common supply of pressurized fluid for selectively bringing each of the two or more actuators into fluid communication with the common supply of pressurized fluid in response to a control unit for controlling the valve means and the pump.

摘要: Suspension system for a vehicle, comprising two hydraulic piston-cylinder units (1) comprising a first and a second cylinder chamber (3a, 3b), connected with electro-hydraulic roll control means which are arranged to control the vehicle's roll behavior under electric control of the vehicle's computer system (C), comprising a direction valve, a pump unit and pressure control means. The direction valve is a hydraulically actuatable direction valve (6) having two first and two second switching ports (6a, 6b), interconnectable in three positions, and two hydraulic control ports (6c) which are either indirectly or directly, connected with said pump unit (5, 10). The pressure control means comprise an uni-directional pressure control module (9, 15), connected with both second switching ports of the hydraulically actuatable direction valve. The pump unit is either a bidirectionally energizable pump unit (5) connected with both first switching ports (6a), or a unidirectionally energizable pump unit (10) connected with both second switching ports (6b) of the direction valve, via an electrically actuatable valve (11) having two first and two second, mutually interconnectable, switching ports (11a, 11b). At least a number of the hydraulic components (6, 9, 11, 13, 12, 14) may be integrated in one common housing (16).

The opposite left and right bearing blocks (5, 7; 105, 107; 205, 207) each have a support surface and a pivot bearing for being fixed directly or indirectly to the chassis of the tractor vehicle. A coupling saddle plate (3; 103; 203) is pivotally mounted from the opposite pivot bearings of the left and right bearing blocks (5, 7; 105, 107; 205, 207), while a diagonal cross brace (35; 135; 235) is provided between at least one of the left and right bearing blocks and a respective one of the transversely opposite right or left frame side members (9, 11; 109, 111; 209, 211). The diagonal cross brace (35; 135; 235) comprises at least one diagonally extending leg (39, 41; 139, 141) that is adapted to extend laterally inwardly and diagonally downward from at least one of the left and right bearing blocks (5, 7; 105, 107; 205, 207).

The assembly comprises a torsion bar (3) and an actuator (10) for adjusting a torsion angle of said torsion bar. The ARS assembly furthermore comprises an additional torsion bar (5). This additional torsion bar is arranged such that its torsion axis extends substantially parallel to the torsion axis of the first, adjustable torsion bar, or coincides therewith.

摘要: A multi-point hydraulic suspension system for a land vehicle has two or more individual hydraulic actuators. 摘要: The invention relates to a suspension assembly (1) for suspending a cabin (2) of a truck or the like vehicle. The assembly comprises a plurality of spring members (4a-d) arranged between the cabin (2) and a chassis of the vehicle, and a torsion bar (5) extending between at least two of said spring members (4a-d) so as to increase the roll stiffness of the assembly. The assembly further comprises an actuator (6) with which a torsion angle of the torsion bar (5) can be adjusted allowing active roll stabilization of the cabin (2).

摘要: Anti-roll system especially for a vehicle, comprising system control means, a tank (4) and a pump (3) for a hydraulic fluid, and two or more stabilizers, each stabilizer comprising an actuator (5, 6) which is arranged to control the relevant stabilizer's moment in dependency of the hydraulic pressure at the actuator's terminals. Each actuator has either one or both of its terminals (A, B) connected to a first terminal (I) of a pressure control module (8) which has a second terminal (II) connected to the tank's inlet side and a third terminal (III) to the pump's outlet side. The control means and each control module are arranged to supply a fluid pressure at its first terminal under control of said control means. The pressure control modules (8) may comprise a series connection of two pressure control valves (1, 2) e.g. pressure relief or limitation valves. As an alternative the pressure control modules (8) comprise a three-way pressure control valve (9), e.g. a three-way pressure reduction valve. To minimize energy consumption of the pump during moderate cornering and straight line driving a pressure control valve is provided in parallel to the three-way pressure control valve.
