Abstract:
A method is disclosed wherein an antigenic B-cell epitope is discovered by in vitro transcription and translation of pre-determined sequence on thermostable protein scaffolds detected by antibodies to a native protein. Immune reactivities of IgE B-cell epitopes from pre-determined IgE sequences from the constant region, engaged in binding to high affinity IgE Fc receptors, placed in a loop of green fluorescent protein (GFP) were shown immuno-reactive with anti-IgE. Moreover, the antigenic B-cell epitope can be further optimized by molecular evolution, selected by conformer antibody and receptor on solid phase via ribosome display. Alternatively, a random aptameric antigenic sequence inserted into a loop of the protein scaffold, mimicking a pre-determined sequence of a native protein, can be selected by solid phase conformer antibody and receptor via ribosome display. High affinity binding of B-cell epitopes selected from the random aptameric library with antibodies to native pre-determined B-cell epitope of a native protein can be optimized by molecular evolution with error-prone RT-PCR by ribosome display.
Abstract:
Provided are a system and program for managing operation requests using different resources. In one embodiment, a first queue is provided for operations which utilize a first resource of a first and second resource. A second queue is provided for operations which utilize the second resource. An operation is queued on the first queue until the first resource is acquired. The first resource is released if the second resource is not also acquired. The operation is queued on the second queue when the first resource is acquired but the second resource is not. In addition, the first resource is released until the operation acquires both the first resource and the second resource.

Abstract:
The present invention relates to crystalline anhydrate polymorphs of the dihydrogenphosphate salt of (2R)4-oxo-4-[3-(trifluoromethyl)-5,6-dihydro[1,2,4]triazolo[4,3-α]pyrazin-7(8H) yl]-1-(2,4,5-trifluorophenyl)butan-2-amine as well as a process for their preparation, pharmaceutical compositions containing these novel forms, and methods of use of the novel forms and pharmaceutical compositions for the treatment of diabetes, obesity, and high blood pressure. The invention also concerns novel crystalline solvates of the dihydrogenphosphate salt of (2R)-4-oxo-4-[3-(trifluoromethyl)-5,6-dihydro[1,2,4]tria-zolo [4,3-α]pyrazin-7(8H)-yl]-1-(2,4,5-trifluorophenyl)butan-2-amine as well as a crystalline desolvated polymorph and their use for the preparation of the anhydrate polymorphs of the present invention.
Abstract:
The present invention relates to particular radiolabeled Cannabinoid-1 (CB1) receptor modulators, and methods of using these modulators for labeling and diagnostic imaging of Cannabinoid-1 receptors in mammals, particularly humans. In addition, intermediates useful for the synthesis of the radiolabeled Cannabinoid-1 receptor modulators are also disclosed, as well as the processes for synthesizing the radiolabeled Cannabinoid-1 receptor modulators. Still further, formulations of the radiolabeled Cannabinoid-1 receptor compounds are described.
Abstract:
A method to provide information from a first information storage and retrieval system to a second information storage and retrieval system. Applicants' method provides a first information storage and retrieval system, where that first information storage and retrieval system comprises (N) PPRC adapters and information, and provides a second information storage and retrieval system. The method generates and saves an Established Path Bitmap which recites each of the (N) PPRC adapters, and generates an Available Path Bitmap. If a PPRC adapter is in communication with the secondary information storage and retrieval system, then the method adds that adapter to the Available Path Bitmap. The Established Path Bitmap and the Available Path Bitmap are used for subsequent PPRC operations.
Abstract:
The invention discloses a laser engraving machine, comprising a casing, a processing platform, a laser engraving head, a laser emitter, and a red light projector, the platform is disposed in the casing, and has a lateral moving trajectory and a longitudinal moving trajectory; the longitudinal trajectory is disposed on one side of the platform, the lateral trajectory is spanned thereon; one end of the lateral trajectory is connected with the longitudinal trajectory, the other is engaged with the platform side; the head is disposed on the lateral trajectory and can move along it. The invention has reasonable structure and convenient use. By adding a working panel, the device can process hard and soft material products, meeting more requirements; by changing the external fan to the built-in fan and smoke exhaust chamber, the installation is simple, the exhaust effect is better, while the proportion of damage during transportation is reduced.

Abstract:
A hydrostatic assembly includes a pump having a yoke and an associated rotating group. The pump yoke has a bucket portion and an arm portion. At least one fluid passage extends through the pump yoke. The hydrostatic assembly also includes a motor having a yoke and an associated rotating group. The motor yoke also has a bucket portion and an arm portion. At least one fluid passage extends through the motor yoke. The arm portion of the pump yoke and the arm portion of the motor yoke have associated coupling portions for fluidly coupling the pump yoke to the motor yoke so that the at least one fluid passage in the pump yoke is in direct fluid communication with the at least one fluid passage in the motor yoke.
