    摘要： A one-part epoxy structural adhesive comprising an epoxy resin, a toughening agent, a reactive liquid modifier present in an amount ranging from about 5% to about 15% by weight structural adhesive, and a latent amine curing agent. The structural adhesive may optionally include reactive diluents, synthetic mineral fibers, fillers, pigments and combinations th The structural adhesive may be used to form bonded joints between metal parts having clean surfaces, as well as those having surfaces contaminated with hydrocarbon-containing materials, such as oils, processing aids and lubricating agents.

    摘要： A solventless, fluid epoxy resin composition is storage-stable against separation of phases for at least one year, and when cured provides adhesive bonds of improved peel strength at room and low temperatures without loss of lap shear strength at room and elevated temperatures. The composition comprises an epoxide group-containing compound having in situ polymerized, elastomeric particles colloidally dispersed therein, and as curing agent a poly(oxyhydrocarbolene)diamine compound and optionally, and preferably, a cure accelerator.

    摘要： Epoxy reactive liquid modifiers include acrylate functionalized compounds, acrylamide functionalized compounds, oxalic amide functionalized compounds, actoacetoxy functionalized urethanes and acetoacetoxy functionalized polyalkenes. The reactive liquid modifiers are incorporated into epoxy resin compositions comprising a curable epoxy resin, an amine curing agent, and the reactive liquid modifier, wherein the reactive liquid modifier is polymerized to form at least one of an interpenetrating polymer network and a semi-interpenetrating polymer network with the curable epoxy resin.
