摘要: A process for converting a solid biomass material is provided. The solid biomass material is contacted with a catalytic cracking catalyst at a temperature of more than 400° C. in a riser reactor to produce one or more cracked products. The riser reactor is an external riser reactor with a curve and/or low velocity zone at its termination and wherein a part of the catalytic cracking catalyst has deposited in the curve and/or low velocity zone.

摘要: A process for producing paraffinic hydrocarbons from a feedstock comprising triglycerides, diglycerides, monoglycerides and/or fatty acids, the process comprising the following steps: (a) hydrode oxygenating the triglycerides, diglycerides, monoglycerides and/or fatty acids in the feedstock by contacting hydrogen and the feedstock with a hydrogenation catalyst at a temperature in the range of from 250 to 380° C. and a total pressure in the range of from 20 to 160 bar (absolute), to obtain an effluent comprising paraffinic hydrocarbons and water; (b) separating a liquid stream rich in paraffinic hydrocarbons from the effluent obtained in step (a); and (c) hydroisomerising the paraffinic hydrocarbons in the liquid stream rich in paraffinic hydrocarbons by contacting hydrogen and the liquid stream with a hydroprocessing catalyst comprising sulphided Ni and sulphided W or Mo as hydrogenation components on a carrier comprising amorphous silica-alumina and/or a zeolitic compound at a temperature in the range of from 280 to 450° C. and a total pressure in the range of from 20 to 160 bar (absolute).

摘要: A process for producing paraffinic hydrocarbons from a feedstock comprising triglycerides, diglycerides, monoglycerides and/or fatty acids, the process comprising the following steps: (a) hydrode oxygenating the triglycerides, diglycerides, monoglycerides and/or fatty acids in the feedstock by contacting hydrogen and the feedstock with a hydrogenation catalyst at a temperature in the range of from 250 to 380° C. and a total pressure in the range of from 20 to 160 bar (absolute), to obtain an effluent comprising paraffinic hydrocarbons and water; (b) separating a liquid stream rich in paraffinic hydrocarbons from the effluent obtained in step (a); and (c) hydroisomerising the paraffinic hydrocarbons in the liquid stream rich in paraffinic hydrocarbons by contacting hydrogen and the liquid stream with a hydroprocessing catalyst comprising sulphided Ni and sulphided W or Mo as hydrogenation components on a carrier comprising amorphous silica-alumina and/or a zeolitic compound at a temperature in the range of from 280 to 450° C. and a total pressure in the range of from 20 to 160 bar (absolute).

摘要: A process or a system for converting a solid biomass material is provided, comprising contacting the solid biomass material with a catalytic cracking catalyst at a temperature of more than 400° C. in a riser reactor to produce one or more cracked products. The riser reactor contains: a riser reactor pipe, which riser reactor pipe has a diameter that increases in a downstream direction; and a bottom section connected to the riser reactor pipe, which bottom section has a larger diameter than the riser reactor pipe.

Such coked catalytic cracking catalyst is contacted with an oxygen containing gas at a temperature of equal to or more than 550° C. in a regenerator to produce a regenerated catalytic cracking catalyst, heat and carbon dioxide.
