    摘要: A fluorine-based lubricant composition comprising a base oil and a fluorine-containing compound represented by the general formula: CF3(CF)n(CF2O)p(C2F4O)q(C3F6O)rRfCONHAr (wherein, Ar is a 2-benzimidazole group, Rf is a fluorocarbon group of carbon number of from 1 or 2, n is 0, 1 or 2, p, q and r are an integer satisfying the condition p+q+r≦100, where one or two of p, q and r may be 0, and the CF2O group, the CF2O4 group and the C3F6O group are the groups bound randomly in the main chain) as an additive containing in the base oil. The fluorine-based lubricant composition has an improved long term anti-rust property and thermal resistance property, and further the fluorine-based lubricant composition obtained by adding a thickening agent to the composition reduces abrasion of the sliding member such as electric contact having a noble metal surface including a gold or silver plating surface, a copper surface and a copper alloy surface.

    摘要: Provided is a method of manufacturing a nitrocarburized crankshaft which is obtained by subjecting a bainitic microalloyed steel to a forging and a machining, and further subjecting the bainitic microalloyed steel to at least a strain releasing heat treatment and a subsequent nitrocarburizing treatment, the bainitic microalloyed steel containing, as essentially added elements, in terms of mass %: 0.10% to 0.40% of C; 0.10% to 1.0% of Si; 1.0% to 2.0% of Mn; 0.05% to 0.40% of Mo; and 0.05% to 0.40% of V, and the bainitic microalloyed steel optionally further containing, as arbitrarily added elements, in terms of mass %: 0.01% to 0.1% of S; 0.005% to 0.2% of Ti; 0.001% to 0.03% of Al; 0.50% or less of Cr; 0.5% or less of Cu; and 0.5% or less of Ni, with the balance being Fe and unavoidable impurities.

    摘要: The present invention provides a method of applying ink containing dyes to fabric composed of synthetic and cellulose fibers using an ink-jet system to print the fabric with high color shade depth and brilliancy and ink-jet printed goods obtained by the ink-jet printing method. The fabric composed of cellulose and synthetic fibers is treated with an acidic aqueous dispersion containing cellulose reactive compound, water-soluble polymer and non-water-soluble inactive organic compound with a melting point of 40° C.-150° C. and the fabric is dried before its ink-jet printing with reactive and disperse dyes.
