摘要： Provided is a method of manufacturing a nitrocarburized crankshaft which is obtained by subjecting a bainitic microalloyed steel to a forging and a machining, and further subjecting the bainitic microalloyed steel to at least a strain releasing heat treatment and a subsequent nitrocarburizing treatment, the bainitic microalloyed steel containing, as essentially added elements, in terms of mass %: 0.10% to 0.40% of C; 0.10% to 1.0% of Si; 1.0% to 2.0% of Mn; 0.05% to 0.40% of Mo; and 0.05% to 0.40% of V, and the bainitic microalloyed steel optionally further containing, as arbitrarily added elements, in terms of mass %: 0.01% to 0.1% of S; 0.005% to 0.2% of Ti; 0.001% to 0.03% of Al; 0.50% or less of Cr; 0.5% or less of Cu; and 0.5% or less of Ni, with the balance being Fe and unavoidable impurities.

摘要： A light source unit includes an excitation light source and a luminescent wheel on which luminescent light emitting areas including, on a reflecting surface, red and green luminescent materials which respectively emit light of red and green wavelength band, when receiving excitation light, and a diffuse transmission area which diffuses and transmits excitation light, are aligned end to end in a circumferential direction. An excitation light incident surface of a luminescent material layer of the luminescent wheel has a surface with a plurality of projecting bodies. Regular quadrangular pyramids are arranged thereon in a matrix with outer boundaries of bottom portions of adjacent regular quadrangular pyramids contacting each other. The pyramids rise at a rising angle of at least 30°, and a length of one side of an outer boundary of the bottom portion of the pyramid is between 10 and 100 μm.

摘要： A laser frequency stabilizing device comprises a laser light producer operative to produce and emit a laser light containing a first and a second longitudinal mode light having different wavelengths; a spectrometer operative to spectrally decompose the laser light into the first longitudinal mode light and the second longitudinal mode light; a first detector operative to detect the light output signal from a absorption cell; a second and third detector operative to detect the signal intensity of the first and second longitudinal mode light; an actuator operative to change the resonant cavity length; a first drive controller operative to detect the saturated absorption signal from the light output signal detected at the first detector and control driving the actuator based on the saturated absorption signal; a second drive controller operative to control driving the actuator such that the signal intensity of the first longitudinal mode light detected at the second detector and the signal intensity of the second longitudinal mode light detected at the third detector have a ratio of a certain value; and a switcher operative to switch the control of the detector between the control by the first drive controller and the control by the second drive controller.
