摘要: A semiconductor-fiber-laser assembly is provided that includes a pumping module, an active optical fiber and an assembling board. The active optical fiber is provided on an upper surface of the assembling board, the pumping module is provided on a surface of the assembling board that is the same as or opposite to the upper surface; and input-side and output-side optical-fiber gratings are provided at two ends of the active optical fiber, to form a laser resonator between the input-side and output-side optical-fiber gratings. The pumping module includes a plurality of semiconductor-laser single emitters, a collimating-lens group and a mirror group that are sequentially arranged, and light beams from the semiconductor-laser single emitters pass through the mirror group to realize beam combination.

摘要: A semiconductor-fiber-laser assembly is provided that includes a pumping module, an active optical fiber and an assembling board. 摘要: The present invention discloses a laser beam combination apparatus, comprising: a water cooling plate, a beam combiner and two laser arrays; each of the laser arrays comprises N lasers, wherein N is a positive integer more than 1; the two laser arrays are fixed on an upper surface and a lower surface of the water cooling plate, respectively; and the beam combiner performs a spatial beam combination, a polarization beam combination or a wavelength beam combination of laser beams output from the two laser arrays. Thus it can be seen that in the technical solution provided by the present invention, arrays of lasers are arranged on the upper and lower surfaces of the water cooling plate, and under the condition that a beam combination is performed on the same number of laser light beams, the water cooling plate is used in a high efficiency to decrease the volume and weight of the laser light beam combination apparatus, save the material of the water cooling plate of the laser light beam combination apparatus, and reduce the cost of the laser light beam combination apparatus, thus meeting the production and processing requirement of the laser light beam combination apparatus, and promoting the continuous development and progress of the laser light beam combination technique.

摘要: The present disclosure discloses a sector-shaped closely-packed laser generator, comprising a module packaging unit and a closely-packed output unit; the module packaging unit is provided therein with a plurality of single-die modules, and each of the single-die modules has a coupling optical fiber; the closely-packed output unit is provided therein with a silicon wafer whose surface has a plurality of V-shaped grooves, and the plurality of V-shaped grooves are arranged into a sector shape; and the coupling optical fibers of the single-die modules protrude from the module packaging unit and enter the closely-packed output unit, and are arranged in the V-shaped grooves after coating layers being stripped, to emit laser lights in directions of the arrangement of the V-shaped grooves. In the present application, the plurality of single-die modules are collectively disposed in the module packaging unit, and the coupling optical fibers of the single-die modules are led out and arranged in the V-shaped grooves arranged in a sector shape, which realizes the close arrangement of the coupling optical fibers, obtains the effect of modularized and integrated packaging of single die, and effectively reduces the volume of the laser generator. Furthermore, by closely arranging the coupling optical fibers in the V-shaped grooves arranged in a sector shape, the present disclosure can control the light emitting direction of the coupling optical fibers.

摘要: The present invention discloses a structure of an input end of an optical fiber, comprising a first optical fiber and a second optical fiber; wherein the first optical fiber and the second optical fiber are coaxial, one end of the first optical fiber is used to receive light beam, and the other end of the first optical fiber is engaged with the second optical fiber; wherein the first optical fiber comprises a fiber core and a first cladding; the second optical fiber comprises a fiber core and a first cladding; wherein a diameter of the first cladding of the first optical fiber is larger than a diameter of the first cladding of the second optical fiber and a difference between them is larger than a first preset threshold; wherein a diameter of the fiber core of the first optical fiber is smaller than or equal to a diameter of the fiber core of the second optical fiber and a difference between them is smaller than a second preset threshold. The structure of the input end of the optical fiber provided by the present invention has advantages such as simple structure, easy for implementation, high reliability; and can efficiently prevent light from entering the cladding of the optical fiber thus avoiding thermal damage to the optical fiber.

摘要: The present invention belongs to the field of laser technology, particularly relates to a semiconductor laser, including a substrate, and lasers, fast axis collimation components, slow axis collimation components, steering compression optical systems, a polarization beam combination prism, a focusing lens and an optical fiber provided on the substrate, wherein the lasers can be arranged in two rows or one row. And lasers of the same row are all located in a same plane. Each laser is sequentially provided with a fast axis collimation component and a slow axis collimation component in the direction of an optical path. The lasers of the same row correspond to a group of steering compression optical systems used to steer and compress the light beams collimated by the fast axis collimation components and the slow axis collimation components. The polarization beam combination prism is used for combining two beams of lasers having been steered and compressed by two groups of the steering compression optical systems. And the laser combined by the polarization beam combination prism is coupled into the optical fiber by the focusing lens. The present invention has a compact structure and a simple optical path, effectively reduces the thickness of the substrate and improves the thermal dissipation capacity of the laser, so that the efficiency and reliability of the laser are improved.
