    摘要: An ablation instrument having an ergonomic handle that includes an actuator adapted to selectively extend and retract a blade that is pivotably mounted within an aperture assembly coupled to the housing by a shaft. The shaft extends distally from the handle and includes a coaxial feedline, a wire conduit disposed along a longitudinal axis of the shaft, and a pull wire disposed within the wire conduit and having a proximal and a distal end, wherein a proximal end of the pull wire is operably coupled to the actuator. The aperture assembly is coupled to a distal end of the shaft and includes a reflector having a closed upper portion, and an open lower portion from which the blade may be extended for use. Also disclosed is an ablation system that includes the above-described ablation instrument, a source of ablation energy, and optionally, a source of coolant for cooling the shaft and aperture assembly.

The system includes an electrosurgical apparatus adapted to connect to an electrosurgical generator. The electrosurgical apparatus configured to transmit energy to tissue. The system also includes a control system having one or more electromagnetic wave sources configured to generate the interrogator wave of one or more frequencies adjacent tissue. One or more sensors are configured to transmit and sense a reflected portion of the interrogator wave of at least one frequency to determine dielectric boundary data. A processor operatively coupled to the control system and to the electrosurgical generator configured to control the delivery of electrosurgical energy from the electrosurgical generator to tissue based on dielectric boundary data provided by the one or more sensors.

Techniques are provided for using a mapping between audio data and text data, whether the mapping is created automatically or manually. A mapping may be used for bookmark switching where a bookmark established in one version of a digital work (e.g., e-book) is used to identify a corresponding location with another version of the digital work (e.g., an audio book). Alternatively, the mapping may be used to play audio that corresponds to text selected by a user. Alternatively, the mapping may be used to automatically highlight text in response to audio that corresponds to the text being played. Alternatively, the mapping may be used to determine where an annotation created in one media context (e.g., audio) will be consumed in another media context.

The pop-top can includes an upper rim extending about the lid and a pivotable pop-top operatively connected to the lid. The can cover includes a generally flat sheet and a disc removably connected to the sheet. The disc includes a first side, a second side and an opening therethrough. Indicia is provided on the first side of the disc. The disc is receivable on the pop-top can such that the second side engages the rim of the pop-top can and the pop-top extends through the opening in the disc.

    摘要: A recycling center receivable on a supporting surface is provided. The recycling center includes first and second sidewalls. Each sidewall has a forward edge, a rearward edge, an upper edge and an inner surface such that the inner surfaces of the sidewalls define a recycle receiving chamber. A bag slide slidably is mounted within recycle receiving chamber. The bag slide is movable between a first retracted position wherein the bag slide is received within the recycle receiving chamber and an extended position wherein at least a portion of the bag slide projects from the recycle receiving chamber. A first bag retainer is pivotably mounted to the bag slide for receiving a first portion of upper end of a first bag thereon. The first bag retainer is pivotable between a first position and a second retaining position for supporting the first bag in an open configuration.
