    摘要: In the manufacture of cores and moulds, an inflatable pattern for use in the production of a foundry mould with a fluidal moulding material. The pattern includes a thin-walled flexible body having inlet means for the admission of gas. In addition, the thin-walled body is made from either elastomers or extendible plastics and is preshaped and dimensioned so that in its inflated condition the pattern defines the desired profile for the moulding material. In practice, the moulding material is poured about and in contact with the extendible pattern (or core box) while the pattern is concurrently filled with fluid to provide and maintain its preshaped and dimensioned walls. Thereafter, the pattern is maintained in its extendible condition as the moulding material sets and then the fluid is withdrawn from the pattern to permit its removal from the moulding material.

    摘要: The invention consists in a method for extracting and separating iron from non-ferrous metals from ferrous ores and similar ferrous materials of such a pyrite ashes and/or purple ores, powders recovered from the steelmaking oxygen converter fumes and the like. The method comprising a first step wherein the material is reduced to an iron sponge preferably by means of hydrogen and similar reducing gases; a second step wherein said iron sponge is treated with carbon monoxide so as to obtain ferrocarbonyl vapors and a carbonylation solid residue with a higher concentration of non-ferrous metals; a third step consisting in the treatment of the ferrocarbonyl vapors on one side and then of the carbonylation solid residue; wherein the ferrocarbonyl vapors are condensed and then dissociated into pure iron powder and carbon monoxide which is used again in said second step, and wherein the residual carbonylation solid is treated to extract and recover the non ferrous metals contained therein.

    摘要: A circuit for analyzing the time behavior and amplitude distribution of electric signals which may typically be trains of damped oscillations produced by a signal source such as a piezoelectric transducer which after amplification and possibly filtering to eliminate unwanted signal frequency components are applied to the inputs of a plurality of voltage comparators which have threshold values arranged in increasing scale. The output signals are processed so that for each train of oscillations a signal is produced related to the highest swing of the oscillatory signal in said train of damped oscillations. The inhibition of the outputs relating to the swings having an amplitude lower than the maximum one in a given train is obtained by means of an arrangement of one-shot circuits, flip-flops and coincidence gates by which only one output is obtained on a set of output terminals correlated with the plurality of threshold levels of said plurality of voltage comparators.
