Abstract:
A gravity-assisted rotational mechanism and a generator device cooperating therewith. The gravity-assisted rotational mechanism includes multiple concentric rotational members having different sizes and rotatable about the same rotational center, several link members having equal weights for driving the same, and at least one connection member for pivotally connecting the rotational members with the link members. The rotational members can symmetrically push/pull each other. The link members and connection member are respectively mounted on interference sections of at least some of the rotational members to absorb gravitational energy. The energy of the link members is transmitted via the interference sections to the rotational members to form a cycle of energy storage and transmission, whereby the gravity-assisted rotational mechanism can lastingly continuously rotate as an ornamental device. The generator device serves to convert the gravitational energy and minimize the rotational inertia loss and increase yield rate of electrical energy.
Abstract:
An infrared light detecting device and the infrared detecting method thereof. The device comprises a shield, a first photo detector and a second photo detector. The shield for blocking light is located above the first photo detector and the second photo detector. An opening is disposed on the shield above the first photo detector. In addition, there is a gap arranged between the first photo detector and the second photo detector. The first photo detector can detect the light passing through the opening to generate a photo sensing signal and couple an infrared light signal in the photo sensing signal to the second photo detector in order to output the infrared light signal.

In condition of low energy loss, the gravity-assisted rotational mechanism forms a continuously swinging self-revolving device for lasting watching. The generator device serves to store the gravitational energy in the form of electrical energy for use of load.

Abstract:
An output circuit of a player can detect whether a cable is electrically connected to an output port of the output circuit. The output circuit includes a signal circuit and a decision module for detecting whether a cable is connected by detecting voltage change at the output port. If the decision module determines that a cable is connected, the signal circuit will provide video or audio signals of the player to the output port. If the decision module determines that no cable connected, the signal circuit will provide a predetermined detecting signal with nonzero average power to the output port, such that the decision module can detect whether the output end is connected to a cable again by detecting voltage change of the detecting signal.
Abstract:
A method for cleaning a semiconductor wafer which includes the sequential steps of cleaning the wafer in a dilute hydrofluoric acid bath, cleaning the wafer in a first ozone bath, cleaning the wafer in a dilute hydrofluoric acid/hydrogen peroxide/hydrogen chloride bath, followed by cleaning the wafer in a second ozone bath. The method uses the dilute hydrofluoric acid/hydrogen peroxide/hydrochloric acid bath instead of the conventional DHF bath and RCA2 bath. Hence, the amount of chemicals consumed and the number of baths used by the cleaning station are lowered. In addition, ozone is passed into an overflow loath so that the highly reactive ozone can be utilized to clean the wafer without putting additional load on the cleaning station. Therefore, the cleaning operation can be carried out in a smaller cleaning station using somewhat lower temperature and lower concentration chemical solutions. The efficiency is as high as a multi-bath station, but chemicals are not wasted. Furthermore, the throughput is high and stable without causing too many safety and environmental problems.
Abstract:
A method of water mark inspection. By forming a pattern on a test wafer, the water mark formed thereon directly reflects the features of a wafer product to be evaluated. The water mark is formed by simulating fabrication process conditions of forming the wafer product of which the performance is to be evaluated. Thus, after scanning the water mark by a defect inspection machine, the performance of the wafer product is evaluated.
