Abstract: An environment synthesis framework generates virtual environments from a synthesized two-dimensional (2D) satellite map of a geographic area, a three-dimensional (3D) voxel environment, and a voxel-based neural rendering framework. In an example implementation, the synthesized 2D satellite map is generated by a map synthesis generative adversarial network (GAN) which is trained using sample city datasets. The multi-stage framework lifts the 2D map into a set of 3D octrees, generates an octree-based 3D voxel environment, and then converts it into a texturized 3D virtual environment using a neural rendering GAN and a set of pseudo ground truth images. The resulting 3D virtual environment is texturized, lifelike, editable, traversable in virtual reality (VR) and augmented reality (AR) experiences, and very large in scale.

Abstract: A color tunable optical device electrically connects to a driving power source, and includes a first polarizer, a liquid crystal layer, a phase retarder and a second polarizer. The phase retarder is located behind the liquid crystal layer to generate a second polarized mixed light. The second polarizer is located behind the phase retarder, and a second mixed light is generated by changing an incident angle of the second polarized mixed light incident on the second polarize, wherein a color of the second mixed light is different from that of the first mixed light.

Abstract: An excrement sensing device and a diaper with an excrement sensing device are provided. The diaper includes a detachable sensing part, an electronic part and a diaper main body. The detachable sensing part includes a first light guide structure and a second light guide structure. The electronic part includes a signal processor. A light guide gap is formed between two light guide openings of the first light guide structure and the second light guide structure. Abstract: A bladeless fan structure includes a driving member, a pipe member, and at least one air-pressure increasing area. The driving member has a shaft connected and extended through the pipe member, and a first space is formed between an inner surface of the pipe member and an outer surface of the shaft.
