摘要： A semiconductor memory device includes stacks on a substrate, each of the stacks including word lines stacked on the substrate and first and second string selection lines laterally spaced apart from each other, vertical pillars passing through the stacks, and first and second bit lines extending longitudinally in a first direction and alternatingly arranged in a second direction crossing the first direction. In a plan view, at least two adjacent ones of the first bit lines in the second direction and at least one of the second bit lines overlap each vertical pillar. A distance between a center of the vertical pillar and one of the first bit lines is different from that between the center of the vertical pillar and another of the first bit lines.

The first buffer is spaced apart from the logic circuit by a first distance (and/or is refreshed in a first cycle), and the second buffer is spaced apart from the logic circuit by a second distance that is shorter than the first distance (and/or is refreshed in a second cycle that is different from the first cycle). Moreover, the logic circuit is configured to output, to the first buffer, first data corresponding to fewer toggles than second data that is output from the logic circuit to the second buffer. Methods of operating the devices are also provided.

摘要： A display apparatus comprises a first thin film transistor (TFT) and a second TFT which are disposed in a display area. A first signal transmission line is disposed in a peripheral area surrounding the display area and is electrically connected to the first TFT. A second signal transmission line adjacent to the first signal transmission line is electrically connected to the second TFT. In a first portion of the peripheral area, the first signal transmission line is parallel to the second signal transmission line and is spaced by a first gap from the second signal transmission line. In a second portion of the peripheral area, the first signal transmission line is parallel to the second signal transmission line and is spaced by a second gap from and the second signal transmission line. The second gap is greater than the first gap. Other features are also provided.

摘要： A water treatment apparatus capable of sterilizing a storage tank and a sterilizing and cleansing method thereof are disclosed. The water treatment apparatus includes: a filter unit purifying raw water; a storage tank connected to the filter unit and storing purified water which has been filtered through the filter unit; an electrolytic sterilizer installed between the filter unit and the storage tank, electrolyzing only purified water which has been filtered through at least a portion of the filter unit to generate sterilization water, and supplying the sterilization water to the storage tank; a drain unit connected to the storage tank and discharging water accommodated in the storage tank; and a control unit controlling a water purification mode of the filter unit and a sterilization mode through the electrolytic sterilizer and the drain unit.

摘要： A printing plate and method for fabricating the same is disclosed. A metal layer is first formed on a glass substrate. The metal layer is then patterned in a predetermined shape. The glass substrate is next etched to a predetermined depth using the patterned metal layer as a mask and the metal layer removed. If necessary, additional metal layers have the same or different patterns may be formed on the glass substrate and the glass substrate etched after each metal layer is formed thereon until a desired etching depth in the glass is achieved.
