    摘要: The present invention relates to a process for esterifying or transesterifying side chains in polymers, comprising the following steps a) preparing a copolymer obtainable by polymerization of aa) at least one (meth)acrylate of the general formula (I) as component A, in which R1 is H or CH3, and R2 is H or an alkyl radical which is optionally substituted by functional groups such as acryloyl, ether, amino, epoxy, halogen or sulfonic acid groups, and ab) at least one monomer of the general formula (II) as component B, in which R3 is as defined for R1, R4 is as defined for R2, and n=from 1 to 40, and b) esterifying or transesterifying the carboxyl group having the R4 radical with an alcohol in the presence of an enzyme which catalyzes the esterification or transesterification. The present invention further relates to the polymers as such and to their use.
