摘要: A method for the surface treatment of a thermoplastic polyurethane texture to provide laminated deep and shallow impressions, includes first preparing an unfinished thermoplastic polyurethane sheet. Then, a surface of the unfinished sheet is roll pressed by a first embossed roller set so that a shallow impression is printed onto it to obtain a first embossed sheet. The first embossed sheet is double pressed by a second embossed roller set so that a deep impression is printed onto it to obtain a second embossed sheet with laminated shallow and deep impressions. Finally, the second embossed sheet is cut into predetermined lengths to provide the thermoplastic polyurethane texture.

摘要: A thermoplastic polyurethane is foamed by way of an added vesicant and is then extruded to provide a thermoplastic forming material. The thermoplastic forming material is roll pressed to provide an unfinished sheet, and a surface of the unfinished sheet is embossed for printing a predetermined drawing to provide an embossed sheet. The embossed sheet is cut to provide plural connecting sheets, and the partial overlapping of two adjacent connecting sheets is ultrasonically welded to provide a connected exterior. At least one groove is cut in the predetermined drawing surface of the exterior to provide a ball texture.

摘要: A method for dyeing artificial fibers comprises preparing an artificial fiber, and adding a dyestuff, a crosslinking agent, and an appropriate amount of water into a tank for mixture. Then, the artificial fiber is immersed in the tank to obtain a dyed artificial fiber, and the dyed artificial fiber is pressed by a roller set. Finally, the dyed artificial fiber is dried out.

摘要: A manufacturing method for a thin film device with separable carrier consisting of the following steps: First, preparing a mold release layer made from a polypropylene material. Next, preparing a carrier layer made from a polyethylene material, and then separably laminating the mold release layer onto a surface of the carrier layer to obtain a top-bottom laminated separable carrier. Next, coating a low-hardness material onto the other surface of the carrier layer to obtain a thin film substrate with a lamination of the separable carrier. Finally, separating the mold release layer on the thin film substrate from the carrier layer to obtain the thin film device.
