    Abstract: A control circuit of a BMS, a battery management system, and an electric vehicle are provided. The control circuit of the BMS may include: a charge-discharge switching module, a freewheel module, and a control module, where the charge-discharge switching module is connected between a battery and a load; the freewheel module is connected in parallel with the load; the control module is connected to the charge-discharge switching module and the freewheel module, respectively, and configured to generate a first control signal and a second control signal; the charge-discharge switching module is configured to be turned off in response to the first control signal; and the freewheel module is activated in response to the second control signal when the charge-discharge switching module is turned off.

    Abstract: A battery module is provided. The battery module includes a box, a battery cell assembly, an upper cover and a battery management system (BMS) board. The battery cell assembly is arranged in the box, the BMS board is mounted on the upper cover, the box is provided with an opening, and the upper cover is arranged to cover the opening. The battery cell assembly includes a bracket and a battery cell arranged in the bracket, the BMS board is located on the bracket and is electrically connected to the battery cell. The battery module further includes a protective member connected into the upper cover. The battery cell is ejected toward an outer side face of the protective member, the protective member is arranged around an outer side of the BMS board and arranged to abut against the bracket to separate the BMS board and the battery cell.

    Abstract: A control circuit of an energy storage system includes a cell module, a control module, and a commutating module, which are connected in sequence. The cell module includes n modularized cell control units. Each modularized cell control unit includes a cell, a first switch, and a second switch; the cell and the first switch are connected in series and then connected in parallel with the second switch. A first switch and a second switch of the first cell are connected to serve as a first end of the cell module, and the n-th cell and the n-th second switch are connected to serve as a second end of the cell module. The control module is communicatively connected with the modularized cell control unit and the commutation module. The control module is configured to control switches of the commutating module to be switched on or off.
