    摘要: Systems and methods for aligning objects in object sets are provided. An object set has objects that are in a corresponding image in a plurality of images. For each respective object in a first object set, a corresponding object group is constructed that contains the respective object, thereby constructing a plurality of object groups. Similarity metrics are computed between object groups and objects in objects sets in order to assign the objects to object groups. The object groups are then refined in order to align objects in the object sets.

Each trace in the plurality of traces has a plurality of datapoints. Each respective datapoint in each of the plurality of datapoints represents a signal amplitude at a position in the trace corresponding to the respective datapoint. A first peak is identified in a first trace that is substantially overlapping a second peak in a second trace in the plurality of traces. The first peak is outputted to a first output homozygous representation and the second peak is outputted to a second output homozygous representation. The first output homozygous representation is a first homozygous sequence representation or a first homozygous nucleic acid chromatogram corresponding to the input nucleic acid chromatogram. The second output homozygous representation is a second homozygous sequence representation or second homozygous nucleic acid chromatogram of the input nucleic acid chromatogram.

    摘要: A LED lamp and a manufacturing method thereof are disclosed. At least one blue LED chip can be used as an excitation light source. A number of red LED chips are arranged around the blue LED chip. The blue LED chip and red chips are covered with a packaging material with phosphor. The intensity of red light can be adjusted by a control circuit. Thus, the white LED lamps with high efficacy and high color rendering at different color temperatures can be achieved.
