Abstract:
A method is provided for programming a flash memory device including memory cells formed in a direction perpendicular to a substrate, a first sub word line connected to first memory cells and selectable by a first selection line, and a second sub word line connected to second memory cells and selectable by a second selection line, the first and second memory cells being formed at the same level and being supplied with a program voltage at the same time. The method includes performing LSB program operations on the first and second sub word lines by enabling the first and second selection lines, respectively; performing CSB program operations on the first and second sub word lines by enabling the first and second selection lines, respectively; and performing MSB program operations on the first and second sub word lines by enabling the first and second selection lines, respectively.
Abstract:
A nonvolatile memory device configured to apply a wordline erase voltage to a plurality of wordlines connected to a plurality of memory cells, apply an erase voltage to a substrate where a memory cell string is formed while applying a specific voltage to at least one ground selection line connected to at least one ground selection transistor, and float the at least one ground selection line when a target voltage of the substrate reaches a target voltage.
Abstract:
An automobile cable socket. The automobile cable socket including a first socket member that is disposed to surround the first cable and includes a plurality of sawtooth portions formed on an external surface thereof in a direction in which the first cable extends, a second socket member coupled to the first socket member and including an engaging portion, a spring installed outside of the second socket member, and a position fix member that is disposed between the second socket member and the spring, releases engagement between the engaging portion of the second socket member and the plurality of sawtooth portions of the first socket member by pressing the spring, and engages the plurality of sawtooth portions with the engaging portion when the spring is restored to an original position.
Abstract:
A substrate processing apparatus for deposition on a water seated therein is disclosed. The substrate processing apparatus includes a chamber having a reaction space, a lid provided on the chamber to selectively open or close the reaction space, a main disc accommodated in the chamber, on which at least one wafer is placed, and a drive device including a drive shaft to selectively rotate the main disc and a drive unit to drive the drive shaft. The drive shaft is separably coupled to the main disc to transmit drive force. When the lid is opened to expose the reaction space, the main disc is separated from the drive shaft and is discharged to the outside of the chamber in a state in which the wafer is placed thereon.
Abstract:
A retractor of a three-point rear seatbelt system is affixed to a rear roof rail without excessively protruding out at the bottom of the rear roof rail. Such an arrangement provides sufficient rear vision of the vehicle and strengthens the rigidity of the rear roof rail where the retractor is fixed in order to withstand heavy loads associated with seat belt systems.

Abstract:
A three-dimensional nonvolatile memory device comprises a plurality of cell strings arranged perpendicular to a substrate. The nonvolatile memory device is programmed by identifying a selected word line and a plurality of unselected word lines connected to at least one of the cell stings, and sequentially applying a negative voltage and a pass voltage to the selected and unselected word lines, and then applying a program voltage to the selected word line while continuing to apply the pass voltage to the unselected word lines.
Abstract:
A direct current motor controlling apparatus may include a direct current motor driving unit to apply a driving voltage to a direct current motor and detect a predetermined signal from the direct current motor, and a servo-micom to control the status of the direct current motor using the signal detected by the direct current motor driving unit. Accordingly, the rotational status of the direct current motor is checked to control the direct current motor.
Abstract:
An OLED adapted to ensure the reliability and improve the lifespan and to improve an electric contact characteristic between a drive element and an organic light emission diode is disclosed. The OLED device includes: first and second substrates, opposite to each other at a interval, sealed by a sealant; driver elements arranged on the inner surface of the first substrate; organic light emission diode elements, arranged on the inner surface of the second substrate, each including a contact portion upwardly protruding from this substrate; and gather electrodes arranged on the second substrate including the organic light emission diode elements and formed of an electrically conductive gather material and an oxidation-resistant electrically conductive material having an oxidative index lower than that of the electrically conductive gather material.
