摘要: An apparatus for manufacturing an all-solid-state battery includes: a mold unit which includes a first hole extending vertically so as to have a shape and a width identical with a shape and a width of the all-solid-state battery, and a second hole extending horizontally so as to horizontally communicate with the first hole; a first pressing unit which includes a first protrusion member corresponding to the first hole, which is coupled with an upper part of the mold unit, and which presses downwards raw materials of the all-solid-state battery filling the first hole, and a second pressing unit which includes a second protrusion member corresponding to the first hole, which is coupled with a lower part of the mold unit, and which presses upwards the raw materials of the all-solid-state battery filling the first hole.

摘要: Disclosed is a method of preparing a catalyst having a conductive oxide protective layer. The method may include providing (e.g., supplying) a carbon support having a metal catalyst supported thereon to a fluidized bed reactor, and forming a conductive oxide protective layer using atomic layer deposition (ALD). Particularly, the atomic layer deposition may include supplying a conductive oxide precursor to the fluidized bed reactor, conducting a first purging by supplying an inert gas to the fluidized bed reactor, converting the conductive oxide precursor to conductive oxide by supplying a reactive gas to the fluidized bed reactor, and conducting a second purging by supplying an inert gas to the fluidized bed reactor.

摘要: Disclosed is a triblock copolymer including two terminal blocks derived from a block copolymer and a middle block incorporated between the terminal blocks. The middle block has a higher surface energy than the terminal blocks. Also disclosed is a method for preparing the triblock copolymer. The preparation method provides a generalized approach that is highly applicable to processes for the mass production of block copolymers and can be applied to various combinations of block copolymers as well as to specific combinations of copolymers. Also disclosed is a method for nanopatterning using the triblock copolymer. The nanopatterning method enables the formation of nanopatterns with sub-10 nm feature size with simple process and reduced cost. Therefore, the nanopatterning method can be widely used in various industrial fields such as semiconductor lithography and memory devices.

摘要: This disclosure is related to methods, devices, assemblies, and system for transbronchial ablation of a lung tumor. Aspects of the disclosure are included as follows. A radiofrequency (RF) ablation catheter which is configured to heat a passageway filled with a liquid metal, the ablation catheter comprises a flexible shaft having a proximal end and a distal end, the flexible shaft having a fluid channel configured to instill the liquid metal into the passageway. The ablation catheter further comprises an inflatable balloon mounted on the flexible shaft wherein a portion of the flexible shaft that is distal to the balloon is defined as a distal segment of the flexible shaft, the balloon configured to obstruct the passageway. The ablation catheter comprises an RF conductor located on the distal segment configured for connecting RF energy to the liquid metal thereby heating the passageway.

摘要: A system for analyzing a solid-state battery and a lithium rechargeable battery such as a lithium ion battery, and an analysis method using the system are proposed. The analysis system for a lithium secondary battery includes a housing having an accommodation space therein, and a lithium secondary battery accommodated in the accommodation space of the housing and being chargeable and dischargeable, in which the lithium secondary battery includes: an electrolyte part. The system also includes a first electrode part positioned on a side of the electrolyte part, and a second electrode part positioned on another side of the electrolyte part, in which the electrolyte part includes a matrix including a solid electrolyte having conductivity for lithium ions, one or more reference electrodes inserted in the matrix, and one or more SoC adjusters inserted in the matrix at a predetermined distance in a width direction from the reference electrode.
