摘要: A scroll compressor that includes: a housing, a drive unit configured to generate a rotating force; and a scroll compression unit having a fixed scroll having a spiral scroll wrap for compressing a suctioned fluid and fixed irrespective of a rotation of a drive shaft of the drive unit and a swivel scroll swiveled according to rotation of the drive shaft and having a spiral scroll wrap, comprises: a main frame disposed within the housing to support a rear surface of the swivel scroll and having a back pressure chamber in an interior thereof; a thrust plate disposed between the swivel scroll and the main frame; and a sealing member inserted between the swivel scroll and the main frame. The sealing member includes a first sealing member inserted between the swivel scroll and the thrust plate, and a second sealing member inserted between the thrust plate and the main frame.

摘要: A scroll compressor, which allows refrigerant in a compressor chamber to be partially discharged so that frictions generated in frictional surfaces between an orbiting scroll and an Oldham ring and between the Oldham ring and a main frame may be decreased. Also, an upper chamber may be formed on an upper surface thereof and a lower chamber may be formed on a lower surface thereof. An oil supply structure may be provided in a main frame such that lubrication is smoothly performed. Additionally, at least one key may be provided protruding from the lower surface of the Oldham ring. Further, the main frame may include at least one key groove configured to receive the at least one key of the Oldham ring. Additionally, the oil supply groove may be provided separately from and in communication with the at least one key groove.

摘要: Disclosed herein is a back pressure apparatus for orbiting vane compressors that is capable of reducing excessive axial force applied to an orbiting vane due to high-pressure refrigerant gas introduced to the lower surface of a vane plate of the orbiting vane. The back pressure apparatus comprises a back pressure chamber formed at the upper surface of a main frame, which is brought into tight contact with the lower surface of a vane plate of an orbiting vane, and a low-pressure gas communication part for allowing the back pressure chamber and an inlet port to communicate with each other therethrough. Consequently, the present invention has the effect of preventing excessive friction between the orbiting vane and the inner surface of a cylinder, preventing damage to the orbiting vane compressor due to the friction, and preventing deterioration of performance of the orbiting vane compressor due to the frictional loss.

摘要: A vacuum preventing device of a scroll compressor includes: a chamber formed at one side of a fixed scroll and having a suction pressure hole, a middle pressure hole and a discharge pressure hole communicating with a suction pressure zone, a middle pressure zone and a discharge pressure zone, each formed at a certain portion of an inner circumferential surface; an open and shut member installed inside the chamber and selectively communicating the discharge pressure hole and the suction pressure hole by virtue of a gas pressure of the middle pressure zone and an elastic force of a spring; and a gas leakage preventing unit for preventing a gas leakage in a normal operation by reducing a clearance between an inner wall of the chamber positioned at the side of the discharge pressure hole and the open and shut member.

摘要: In a rotation preventive device for a scroll compressor, by forming a rotation preventive member for preventing a rotation of an orbiting scroll between a frame and an orbiting scroll or a fixed scroll and the orbiting scroll as a rectangular shape performable a sliding motion in a radial direction, it is possible to fabricate the rotation preventive member as small and light weight, accordingly the cost of materials can be reduced. In addition, by reducing abrasion between each key and each key groove, a stability of the orbiting scroll can be maintained, and by preventing a leakage of gas from happening, a reliability and an efficiency of a compressor can be improved and a noise of the compressor can be decreased.

摘要: Disclosed is a method of controlling an electric compressor. The method includes: (I) starting the electric compressor by applying an electric power to an air conditioner; (II) determining, by an inverter, whether the electric compressor is started normally; and normally driving the electric compressor when the electric compressor starts normally in the step (II) and determining again whether the electric compressor starts normally by restarting the electric compressor. Therefore, abnormal operation such as malfunction, short, and overheating of the electric compressor is detected in the early starting stage to determine restarting and failure of starting the electric compressor so that reliability of the electric compressor may be enhanced.

摘要: A scroll compressor properly copes with a volume variation of a compressing chamber due to an inflow of an incompressible fluid by installing a radial moving apparatus between an eccentric part of a crankshaft and an orbiting scroll which enables the orbiting scroll to move radially so as to prevent the breakage of the scroll and improve a reliance of the compressor. The present invention includes a casing, a driving unit arranged at a lower side of the casing and connected to a crankshaft so as to generate a driving force, a compressing unit having an orbiting scroll eccentrically connected to the crankshaft and a fixed scroll to form a compressing chamber between the orbiting and fixed scrolls, and a compliance device installed between the compressing unit and the crankshaft for retreating the orbiting scroll in a radial direction when an incompressible material flows in the compressing chamber.
