Abstract:
The present invention relates to the use of at least one vegetable oil refining industry by-product to obtain a purified total unsaponifiable of vegetable oil cleared of the impurities initially present in the said by-product, advantageously cleared of sapid and odorous compounds and/or chemical compounds resulting from the deterioration and the degradation of vegetable oils. The invention further relates to a method for obtaining a purified total unsaponifiable of vegetable oil from at least one vegetable oil refining industry by-product. The invention further relates to a purified total unsaponifiable of vegetable oil able to be obtained by this method, as well as compositions containing such an unsaponifiable. The invention further relates to such unsaponifiables or such compositions for the use thereof as a drug, medical device, dermatological agent, cosmetic agent or nutraceutical, in humans or animals.
Abstract:
A mercury wetted switch, controlled by a magnetic field produced from a discret semiconductor encapsulating box or case, whose base has a double or so-called "common" electrode and at least one other insulated electrode. A moving plate engages in fork-like manner in the double electrode and bears against another electrode. The liquid wetting the contacts forms a liquid hinge for the plate on the double electrode.Application to electrical relays, particularly for professional equipment and telecommunications.
Abstract:
The invention relates to a device for articulating a moving blade pivoting on its base. The mobile member is constituted by a blade fixed to a float, which floats on a liquid contained in a cavity made in a base, the liquid being kept in the cavity by capillarity. The nature and dimensions of the float are adapted to the liquid density. The cavity dimensions are large enough to permit the float to move, without mechanical jamming. The mobile assembly, blade and float is prevented from escaping from the cavity by at least one bridge welded to the base towards the ends of the float.Application to switches with blades wetted by an electricity-conducting liquid.
Abstract:
The present invention relates to an extraction process of an unsaponifiable fraction contained in an oil or a vegetable butter, in an oil originating from a micro-organism, in a concentrate of oil or butter or of oil originating from a micro-organism, or in a co-product of the refining industry for vegetable oils, such as deodorization exhaust and distillates of physical refining, or oils originating from micro-organisms, comprising at least: A) a transformation step of said oils, of said butter or said co-product of the refining industry for vegetable oils or oils originating from micro-organisms in hydro-alcoholic solution, especially via a saponification step, and B) an extraction step of the hydro-alcoholic solution in which the fatty fraction is separated from unsaponifiable fraction by liquid/liquid extraction, said process being characterized in that at least the liquid/liquid extraction step of the step B is performed by using a first solvent system comprising a solvent content selected from the solvents comprising at least 5 carbon atoms and one or two oxygen atoms in the form of either ether function, or ketone function, or ester function, of at least 50% in volume relative to the total volume of the first solvent system, as well as fractions obtained by said process.

Abstract:
The present invention relates to a process for the solid/liquid extraction of a natural extract contained in at least one vegetable solid or micro-organism comprising at least the following steps: solid/liquid extraction of at least one vegetable solid or micro-organism by a first solvent system comprising a solvent content chosen from the solvents comprising between 5 and 8 carbon atoms and one or two oxygen atoms in ether function, or ketone function, or ester function form, of at least 50% by volume in relation to the total volume of the first solvent system, retrieval of a natural extract, notably comprising or consisting of an oil or a butter, particularly enriched with unsaponifiable.
Abstract:
The invention relates to a method for the solid/liquid extraction of an oil or butter, particularly having a high unsaponifiable content, contained in at least one solid vegetable matter or a micro-organism. The method includes at least the following steps: solid/liquid extraction of at least one solid vegetable matter or a micro-organism using a first solvent system comprising a concentration of solvent selected from among fluorinated aromatic solvents, particularly trifluorotoluene (BTF) and hexafluorobenzene (BHF), tert-butyl ethers, particularly 2-ethoxy-2-methylpropane, also known as ethyl-tert-butyl-ether (ETBE), and 2-methoxy-2-methylpropane or methyl-tert-butylether (MTBE), solvents comprising at least one silicon atom, particularly hexamethyldisiloxane (HMDS) and tetramethylsilane (TMS), methyl-tetrahydrofuran (MeTHF), and mixtures thereof, representing at least 50 vol.-% in relation to the total volume of the solvent system; and, optionally, recovery of a fraction comprising the oil or butter, particularly unsaponifiable enriched. The invention also relates to an unsaponifiable fraction, oil or butter obtained using this method and to compositions containing said oil or fraction.
Abstract:
The present invention relates to a process for obtaining a furan lipid-rich unsaponifiable material from avocado, which comprises the successive steps (1) of controlled dehydration of fresh avocados or of avocados that have undergone preliminary transformations, (2) of extraction of the oil from dehydrated fruit, (3) of a heat treatment of the extracted oil and of a step of concentration of the unsaponifiable fraction of the oil or alternately, these two operations possibly being carried out successively in this order or in the reverse order, and finally (4) a step of saponification and of extraction of the unsaponifiable material.
Abstract:
The invention concerns a method for selectively extracting furan lipids and polyhydroxylated fatty alcohols of avocado, characterised in that it comprises steps which consist in: preparing an unsaponifiable matter of avocado; then in subjecting the unsaponifiable matter of avocado to a step of molecular distillation using adjusted temperature and pressure means to obtain either a distillate comprising mainly furan lipids and polyhydroxylated fatty alcohols of avocado. Said method enables in particular to extract selectively furan lipids of avocado having a furan lipid content of more than 80 wt. %, even close to 98%.
Abstract:
A method of grouting which permits the joining together of two parts by means of a binder and, more particularly, the sealing of one part in another, in particular the sealing of a prosthesis in a bone cavity. The method includes producing in the part to be sealed a channel which passes through the part along an axis substantially parallel to the axis of the introduction of the part to be sealed into the recess formed in the part intended to receive it, and injecting the binder into the channel until the binder fills the space between the part and the wall of the recess. Centering elements can be placed around the part in the space present between the part and the wall of the recess, and a packing part can be positioned, around the part to be sealed, on the opening of the recess. The injection channel made in the part which is to be sealed can be provided with a thread which makes it possible to introduce a threaded rod into it for the extraction of the part.
