    Abstract: A process for generating a real estate valuation, the process including providing a server integrated with a multiple listing service database, a real estate transaction standard, and an internet data exchange, providing adjustment values for a property by input of a user, selecting a geographical location, preparing and executing a query of properties in the geographical location with similar adjustment values, weighting results of the query according to pre-determined metrics selected by the user, converting results into a linear algebra problem, using a weighted linear regression to determine adjustment values, determining if the adjustment values are reasonable, and generating a graphical user interface displaying the results.

    Abstract: A safety valve replaces a tire valve. The valve includes a generally elongate hollow main body having an upper portion, a lower flex hose connector, a side tubular branch having a valve seat with a ball valve, an electronics housing having a battery, motor and a drive pin for the ball valve. The lower flex hose connector is adapted for connection to a flex hose or valve stem of the vehicle tire. The side branch branches from the main body and communicates with the hollow interior of the main body. The side branch has a plurality of air exit apertures at its periphery. The valve seat includes a base with an aperture therein through which the drive pin can extend through to engage the ball valve. The ball valve sits in the base and is biased in the valve seat via a spring to cover the aperture.

    Abstract: An apparatus and method for directing light radiation onto an intended treatment area to create an optimum power density in order to promote photobiostimulation to aid in the healing of damaged tissue in the intended treatment area. The apparatus includes a light emitting element capable of simultaneously emitting multiple beams of light radiation have multiple wavelengths onto a target surface area. A hand guide protects the hand of a user from being irradiated and a distance control element ensures a optimum distance between the light emitting element and the target surface area. The apparatus includes multiple layers of safety features to prevent thermal damage of the target surface area and to prevent leakage of the non-focussed light radiation into the atmosphere. The method includes steps for using the apparatus of the present invention.

    Abstract: Systems and methods are provided relating to a smart lightbulb that can comprise means to sense motion and means to wirelessly transmit and receive information. The smart lightbulb can include a radio frequency transceiver and a motion sensor having an antenna. The transceiver and motion sensor can be electrically coupled to a programmable processor. The transceiver can be oriented in a first plane and the antenna of the motion sensor can be oriented in a second plane different than the first plane. In some embodiments, an oscillator circuit can be provided in place of the motion sensor antenna. The oscillator circuit can be electrically coupled to the transceiver, the motion sensor, and communication circuitry. The programmable processor can be configured to direct the oscillator circuit to switch between electrically coupling the motion sensor to the radio frequency transceiver and electrically coupling the communication circuitry to the radio frequency transceiver.

    Abstract: A system for providing gamification of a destination such as a theme park where guests use a venue app with an optional electronic ticket that allows for both self-serve access into the destination and tracking of individual guests throughout various access points. An extended range ID such as an RFID is provided to the guest either in the electronic ticket or in a wearable. Using combinations of RFID readers, pressure sensors and cameras the system tracks guests down the ride seat and tracks the movements of guided, free-floating and free-ranging vehicles. Using the combination of guest and vehicle tracking information along with information provided by a destination gaming system, the destination guest experience is customized including various effects for rides and attractions. Spot cameras are placed at tracked locations such as rides seats, where images are captured in response to either external triggers generated by the system or guest indications.
