摘要: A round cutting insert with an anti-rotation feature. The round cutting insert includes a plurality of projections formed on a first surface and another plurality of projections formed on an opposing surface. The round cutting insert is reversible and indexable. The round cutting insert is removably received in an insert receiving pocket in a tool body wherein the insert receiving pocket includes a plurality of dimples for receiving one of the plurality of first projections or the plurality of second projections. This arrangement prevents rotation of the round cutting insert while mounted in the insert receiving pocket.

The wiring box can include: a cavity formed by walls having an internal surface inside the cavity and an external surface; and a cable entry device disposed through a hole in a first wall of the walls. The cable entry device can include: a support element that retains a grommet in the hole, wherein the support element includes a stop, a grip extending from the stop, and shutters extending from the stop and defining an opening, wherein the opening converges away from the stop, the grip attaches the support element to the first wall, and wherein the grommet includes a rim, a sidewall extending from the rim and converging toward a diaphragm.

摘要: A power tool accessory identification system includes a power tool which has a motor, an output spindle actuatable by the motor, and a tool holder connected to the spindle and configured to hold an accessory therein. The power tool includes an accessory reader to decoding an identification device on the accessory. In a method of controlling the power tool with an accessory operatively coupled thereto, the accessory is inserted in the tool and a communication interface between the accessory and tool is read. An accessory identification is decoded via an accessory reader of the tool. A tool setting for the power tool is accessed based on the decoded accessory identification.

摘要: An electro discharge machining apparatus comprises an electrode configured to machine a desired feature in a workpiece, a pulse generator configured to energize the electrode and the workpiece to opposite electrical polarities, a machining solution source configured to pass a machining solution between the electrode and the workpiece, and a servomotor configured to drive the electrode to move relative to the workpiece. The electro discharge machining apparatus further comprises at least one detection element configured to detect machining signals, and a controller. The controller controls the pulse generator and the servomotor to machine the workpiece according to a plurality of first process parameters predetermined therein and analyzes the detected machining signals to generate a first response signal to activate a plurality of second process parameters predetermined therein and different from the first process parameters to machine the workpiece. An electro discharge machining method is also presented.
