    摘要: A method for forming fine patterns includes (S1) closely contacting a cliche-forming film to a hard mold concavely patterned, thereby making a disposable cliche; (S2) coating an elastic blanket cylinder with ink or resin; (S3) compressing the elastic blanket cylinder to the disposable cliche to remove ink or resin on a surface of the elastic blanket cylinder at a portion contacting with a relatively protruded embossed portion of the disposable cliche; and (S4) transcribing ink or resin remaining on the surface of the elastic blanket cylinder to a substrate. This method allows simple and fast works and greatly reduces costs by adopting a disposable cliche that may be easily installed and removed. Also, this method may be effectively utilized to form a fine pattern of an electronic device or a display device such as color filter and electrode.

    摘要: An electric field effect transistor of high breakdown voltage and a method of manufacturing the same are disclosed. A recessed portion is formed at the channel region and is filled by a protective oxide layer. Lightly doped source/drain regions are formed under the protective oxide layer. The protective oxide layer protects the lightly doped source/drain regions. Accordingly, the protective oxide layer prevents the electric field from being concentrated to a bottom corner portion of the gate structure. In addition, the effective channel length is elongated since an electric power source is connected to heavily doped source/drain regions from an outside source of the transistor, instead of being connected to lightly doped source/drain regions.

    摘要: An ink composition for roll printing is provided. The ink composition uses a solvent system having an evaporation rate (Vt) of at least 0.1 mg/cm2·min and an absorption rate (St) into a blanket of less than 3.412 mg/cm2·min. The use of the highly volatile solvent system can minimize swelling of the blanket without impairing the dispersibility of a pigment in the ink composition. Therefore, the uniformity of a pattern formed using the ink composition can be maintained and the formation of defects by the solvent system can be minimized.
