摘要: The present invention relates to a terminal client (101), a client device (100, 200, 300, 400) and a network infrastructure for enabling management of messages in a telecommunications network. According to the invention, the terminal client (101) comprises a distributed inbox client component (103) that is configured to synchronize all incoming and outgoing messages with at least one other client device (200, 300) that is associated with a user of a first client device (100). The terminal client (101) further comprises a connector component (104) configured at least as an interface between the distributed client component (103) and a network infrastructure (20) suitable for forwarding and receiving messages. With the terminal client (101) incorporating in client devices associated with a user, the user is able to experience synchronized chat in real-time and can further utilize a device independent synchronous messaging service anywhere and anytime.

摘要: The present invention relates to a method and an arrangement in a communication node for creating a group of contacts to receive a message from a user of a user device. The method includes receiving a tag indicating conditions for the message, and obtaining characteristics of primary contacts of the user. Primary contacts are selected for receiving the message by matching the conditions of the tag with the characteristics of the primary contacts, and primary contacts are selected which have characteristics that match the conditions of the tag. A group including the selected primary contacts is initiated.

摘要: A first control node and a method therein for selecting the first control node or a second control node to act as a server are provided. The first and second control nodes are comprised in an overlay network. The first control node obtains a first indication relating to a ranking of a suitability of the first control node to act as the server. Furthermore, the first control node receives a second indication from the second control node. The second indication relates to a ranking of a suitability of the second control node to act as the server. Then, the first control node selects, based on the first and second indications, one of the first and second control nodes to act as the server for managing a master representation of a distributed shared memory being accessible within the overlay network.

摘要: A method and apparatus for determining a location address for shared packet switched data. The data is to be accessible by a user of a first device and a user of a second device. A symmetric function is applied to a known identifier associated with the first device and a known identifier associated with the second device. The result of the function can then be used as an address for data to be accessible by users of both the first device and the second device, the data being stored on a remote server at a location defined by the address. The method ensures that the same address is calculated regardless of which identifier is used first, and that both devices can calculate the address without requiring any further signalling or capability/discovery mechanism.

摘要: A system for executing a composite service formed by a plurality of software components, the plurality of software components including a first software component and a second software component which is referred from the first software component is provided. The system includes an execution unit configured to execute the first software component; a specification unit configured to specify address information to be used for downloading the second software component and a target device intended to execute the second software component; and a deployment unit configured to deploy the second software component down-loaded by use of the address information to the target device. The deployment unit is configured to deploy the second software component while the execution unit is executing the first software component so that the execution unit can call the second software component.
