    Abstract: Disclosed herein are a golf tee used when a golfer hits a tee shot and a method of manufacturing the same. The golf tee includes a support inserted into the ground and a rotary portion coupled to the support and having a head on which a golf ball is placed, wherein the rotary portion is adjustable in angle and thus can be easily restored to a correct vertical position when the angle of the rotary portion with respect to the support is changed due to impact upon hitting.

The display controller includes an external memory and a timing controller which compresses current frame data to generate front first in-first out (FIFO) input data, temporarily stores the front FIFO input data and writes the front FIFO input data to the external memory in a burst mode, and reads data from the external memory in the burst mode, temporarily stores the read data as back FIFO output data, and decodes the back FIFO output data to output previous frame data.

    Abstract: A liquid crystal display (LCD) apparatus includes a time controller and a plurality of source drivers. The time controller may receive first data, and output a plurality of clock signals and a plurality of pieces of second data to display the first data. The plurality of source drivers may receive the plurality of pieces of second data and the plurality of clock signals from the time controller, convert the plurality of pieces of second data to a plurality of pieces of analog data, and output the plurality of pieces of analog data to a display panel.     Abstract: Provided are frame interpolation apparatus and methods in which motion estimation is performed by separation into a static object and a moving object. The frame interpolation apparatus interpolates multiple frames including an nth frame and an (n−1)th frame located adjacent the nth frame in order to generate an interpolation frame. Some embodiments of the apparatus include a static object separation unit, a motion vector (MV) estimation unit, and an interpolation frame generation unit. The static object separation unit may compare a macroblock (MB) of the nth frame with an MB of the (n−1)th frame, which may correspond to the MB of the nth frame, in order to separate each MB of the nth frame into a static object and a moving object. The MV estimation unit may search in the (n−1)th frame for an MB that matches with each of MBs of the nth frame, which may be determined to be the moving object, to estimate an MV. The interpolation frame generation unit may generate the interpolation frame using the estimated MV, the nth frame, and the (n−1)th frame.
