    摘要: A piezoelectric ceramic composition comprising a perovskite compound which contains, as metal components, Pb, Sr, Zr, Ti, Nb, Cr, Y, Co and at least one element selected from La, Gd, Nd, Sm and Pr, and may further contain Sb or Na, wherein when the composition formula is expressed as,(Pb.sub.1-x-.alpha.-y Sr.sub.x Na.sub..alpha. M.sub.y).sub.a [(Nb.sub.b Y.sub.c Cr.sub.d Co.sub.e Sb.sub..beta.).sub.f Ti.sub.g Zr.sub.1-f-g ]O.sub.3,wherein M is at least one element selected from La, Gd, Nd, Sm and Pr, then, x, y, a, b, c, d, e, f, g, .alpha. and .beta. satisfy the following relationships, 0.005.ltoreq.x.ltoreq.0.08, 0.002.ltoreq.y.ltoreq.0.05, 0.95.ltoreq.a.ltoreq.1.05, 0.47.ltoreq.b.ltoreq.0.70, 0.02.ltoreq.c.ltoreq.0.31, 0.11.ltoreq.d.ltoreq.0.42, 0.01.ltoreq.e.ltoreq.0.12, 0.02.ltoreq.f.ltoreq.0.15, 0.46.ltoreq.g.ltoreq.0.52, 0.ltoreq..alpha..ltoreq.0.005, 0.ltoreq..beta..ltoreq.0.13, and b+c+d+e+.beta.=1.00. The piezoelectric ceramic composition of the present invention exhibits a high electromechanical coupling coefficient Kp, a low mechanical quality factor Qm, a low dielectric constant .epsilon.r, excellent heat resistance, and can be preferably used as a piezoelectric part for being mounted on the surface and, particularly, as a digital piezoelectric.

    摘要: A multilayer substrate with inner capacitors comprising a dielectric layer sandwiched between upper and lower insulating layers, a couple of printed electrodes in desired patterns within the thickness of the dielectric layer so as to form each capacitor at the portion of the dielectric layer corresponding to the electrodes, and a couple of leading terminals on one surface of the insulating layer, which communicate with the electrodes, the multilayer substrate being characterized in that the dielectric layer is composed of a ceramic composition mainly comprising MTiO.sub.3 -based ceramics (M represents one or several of Ba, Ca, Mg, La, Sr and Nd) and the insulating layer is composed of a ceramic composition mainly comprising MgO-SiO.sub.2 -CaO-based ceramics, which is defined by an area surrounded by the lines connecting points A, B, C, D, E, F and G as shown in FIG. 1 and listed below, wherein X, Y and Z respectively represent weight percent values of MgO, SiO.sub.2 and CaO at points A, B, C, D, E, F and G.______________________________________ X Y Z ______________________________________ A 60 40 0 B 40 60 0 C 30 60 10 D 30 50 20 E 20 50 30 F 40 30 30 G 60 30 10 ______________________________________ With this multilayer substrate, the dielectric layer and the insulating layers can be co-fired. This sintered body has a texture in which the ZnTiO.sub.4 phase or a combination of the ZnTiO.sub.4 phase and CaZrTi.sub.2 O.sub.7 phase is dispersed in the CaTiO.sub.3 phase. The sintered body is excellent in the cutting property and the chipping resistance characteristic.
