摘要： Disclosed herein are a composite conductive sheet that has rigid conductors movable in a thickness-wise direction of an insulating sheet without falling off from the insulating sheet and is easy to handle by itself, a production process thereof, and an anisotropically conductive connector, an adaptor device and an electrical inspection apparatus for circuit devices, which are each equipped with this composite conductive sheet.The composite conductive sheet of the invention has an insulating sheet, in which a plurality of through-holes each extending in a thickness-wise direction of the sheet are formed, and rigid conductors arranged respectively in the through-holes in the insulating sheet so as to protrude from both surfaces of the insulating sheet, wherein each of the rigid conductors has terminal portions formed on both ends of a body portion inserted into the through-hole in the insulating sheet and each having a diameter greater than a diameter of the through-hole in the insulating sheet, and is movable in the thickness-wise direction of the insulating sheet.

摘要： A connector for measurement of electric resistance, an electric resistance-measuring apparatus for circuit boards, and methods of measurement of electric resistance. The connector includes an insulating base plate, a plurality of connecting electrode pairs provided on a front surface of the insulating base plate, and composed of core electrodes arranged in accordance with a pattern corresponding to a pattern of a plurality of electrodes to be inspected in a circuit board to be inspected and ring-like electrodes arranged to surround the respective core electrodes in a state electrically insulated from the core electrodes, and a plurality of relay electrodes provided on a back surface of the insulating base plate and electrically connected to either one of the core electrode or ring-like electrode of the connecting electrode pairs.

摘要： The present invention is directed to a high current density glow discharge switch which is capable of preventing confinement of an electron current to the vicinity of the center of a flat electrode during the operation of the switch to prevent an increase in the temperature of the flat electrode and thereby provide a highly reliable and stable switch having a long lifetime. A cathode and an anode each include a flat electrode having a central hole and a cup-shaped electrode electrically connected to the flat electrode. The cathode and the anode are disposed such that the flat electrodes face each other. A cylindrical insulator is disposed on the outside of the cathode and the anode. A coil for generating a magnetic field is disposed on the outside of the cylindrical insulator. Hydrogen gas is sealed in a sealed space defined by the cylindrical insulator, the cathode and the anode.
