    摘要: The present invention relates to a recombinant Escherichia coli having phbCAB originated from Alcaligenes eutrophus and an overproduction method of polyhydroxyalkanoate using the same, more precisely, a recombinant Escherichia coli ‘MG1655/pTZ18U-PHB’ or ‘JIL938/pTZ18U-PHB’ having phbCAB originated from Alcaligenes eutrophus and an overproduction method of polyhydroxyalkanoate comprising the steps of preparing transformed Escherichia coli having phbCAB originated from Alcaligenes eutrophus, inoculating and culturing the cells (growth phase), inducing the production of polyhydroxyalkanoate in the recomibnant Escherichia coli (stationary phase and producing phase), and inducing the extracellular secretion of the polyhydroxyalkanoate from the recombinant Escherichia coli. The method of the present invention facilitates not only overproduction of polyhydroxyalkanoate such as polyhydroxybutyrate by a simple batch culture but also industrial use of biodegradable polyhydroxyalkanoate replacing conventional non-biodegradable plastics by its simple and easy fermentation, separation and purification process.

The vacuum container includes a piston member linearly movably disposed in a receiving portion which is formed at the vacuum container and has a first outlet and provided with a second outlet, an elastic member disposed in the piston member, a first valve plate disposed in the receiving portion and adapted to open or close the first outlet, a second valve plate disposed at the piston member and adapted to open or close the second outlet, a separation preventing plate mounted in the receiving portion and preventing separation of the piston member, and a unit for pressuring the first valve plate which is mounted in the receiving portion and is adapted to close the first outlet by pressurizing the first valve plate if the piston member descends and is caught by and fixed to the separation preventing plate. Thereby, vacuum state can be continuously maintained in the vacuum container.

The page table includes mapping information which maps virtual addresses of the NVRAM with physical addresses of the NVRAM. A page table entry includes aging information which indicates the wear of a corresponding page. The aging information may be a remaining number of write operations allowed to the page. Whenever data is written in a page, a value indicating a remaining number of write operations allowed to that page is decremented.
