A method and a system for cooling a steel strip are disclosed. A high water volume mist cooler and a low water volume mist cooler are disposed along a direction in which the steel strip travels. The high water volume mist cooler sprays high water volume mists onto the surfaces of the steel strip to cool the steel strip, and then the low water volume mist cooler sprays low water volume mists onto the surfaces of the steel strip to cool the steel strip, thereby cooling the steel strip while suppressing the influence of transition boiling, to prevent the steel strip from having a temperature-nonuniform portion.

A method and apparatus are disclosed for compensating for optical transmission delays in a synchronous mobile communication system. A Base Station Transceiver Subsystem (BTS) includes a Main Unit (MU) for processing a mobile communication signal and a plurality of Remote Units (RUs) connected to the MU by Synchronous Digital Hierarchy (SDH) transmission, for performing radio processing for communication with a Mobile Station (MS). The method comprises the steps of sequentially forming a loop on an optical transmission line to each of the RUs for optical transmission delay compensation test between the MU and each of the RUs; once a loop for the optical transmission delay compensation test is formed, transmitting a test SDH frame to a corresponding RU, and measuring a delay time until the test SDH frame is fed back; and transmitting data to the corresponding RU after compensating the transmission time by the measured delay time.

The present invention relates to a method of preparing technetium or rhenium complex for radiopharmaceuticals, through reaction of pertechnetate or perrhenate with a ligand in the presence of a reducing agent, wherein the reducing agent is a borohydride exchange resin (BER). The borohydride exchange resin of the present invention has advantages of being stable in a wide range of Ph, including acidic or alkaline condition(Ph 2˜14) and thus being applicable to biological materials as well as being easily removable through filtration when being administrated. Also since the radiolabelled complex is produced under conditions milder than those required for the conventional reducing agents as well as has high radiochemical purity and high labeling efficiency, the conventional reducing agents can be replaced by the BER of the present invention.

A method for labelling a sulfide compound with technetium or rhenium, comprising the reaction of a disulfide compound with pertechnetate or perrhenate in the presence of borohydride exchange resin to obtain a complex of technetium or rhenium with the sulfide compound. The method can directly label disulfide compounds with technetium or rhenium, can skip the synthetic step of thiol-protected S-precursor, and is useful for high value-added radiopharmaceuticals.

The present invention relates to a linear tension material for surgery used to pull skin tissue. An object of the present invention is to provide a linear tension material for plastic surgery which prevents permanent deformation due to excessive elongation and fatigue and of which a portion besides united portions is uniformly and properly united with body tissue. According to an aspect of the present invention, there is provided a linear tension material for plastic surgery which is provided to pull a predetermined site inside skin tissue of the body in a state of tensile load so as to smooth out wrinkles and pull the tissue to tighten a saggy portion, the linear tension material including: a core material in a code shape, which is made of a flexible resin including polyorganosiloxane; and a covering material which covers an outside of the core material to be united with the core material, shrinks together with the core material, and has a fiber textile structure formed by weaving a number of fiber threads.

A signal transmitting device and method are provided which separate signals simultaneously transmitted through a multiple-antenna system into respective sub-channel signals. The method includes separating a transmission channel into spatial sub-channels in a time division duplex (TDD) system using a multiple-antenna system. The factors for channel separation of a current time slot are calculated using one of the factors calculated during a previous time slot, thereby reducing computational complexity.

An alloying system for a galvanized steel sheet, the alloying system using an induction heating coil, wherein an impedance matching apparatus is provided between the induction heating coil and a high frequency power source. The impedance matching apparatus comprises a matching transformer having a plurality of intermediate contact points for arbitrarily selecting a turn ratio, and a switching device for alternative changeover of the intermediate contact point, whereby even when the load impedance of the steel sheet varies, maximum power source output is obtained, such that an appropriate heating temperature necessary for forming an alloy layer of the steel sheet can be supplied.

Provided are an apparatus and method for communication between a digital unit and a remote radio frequency unit in a broadband wireless communication system. A frame structure of Inphase/Quadrature (IQ) sample data based on various channel bandwidths and sampling frequencies is defined, and then the IQ sample data are generated in the frame. The digital unit transmits the IQ sample data into the remote Radio Frequency (RF) unit, and then the remote RF unit reconstructs the frame by using the received IQ sample data from the digital unit.
