a cyclone separator (2) comprising a process chamber (3) extending about a vertical axis (H) and comprising at least one gas inlet (4) designed such that introduced alkane-containing gas circulates about the vertical axis (H) of the process chamber (3), as well as
a plasma device (5) formed such that alkane contained in the alkane-containing gas is decomposed in a plasma region (6) of the process chamber (3) by means of plasma (7) into a gas comprising carbon and hydrogen, so that resublimation of the carbon to carbon particles is achieved,
wherein the carbon particles are separable from the gas by means of the cyclone separator (2) and the plasma region (6) is located exclusively off the vertical axis (H).

摘要: The invention relates to a disinfection process comprising the feed materials H2O2 and NO2− and a mixing step and a distribution step, wherein the mixing step and the distribution step (during which each point on the surface being disinfected is wetted with a solution of active substance) are implemented during a processing period ZA. An exposure step follows, in which the distributed solution of active substance acts upon the surface in contact with the solution of active substance during an exposure period ZE. In this process, the maximum NO2− concentration during the mixing step is of 300 mM, and the time-integrated reaction rate W is represented during the exposure period ZE by the integral formula (I), where k1 denotes the pH-value-dependent speed constant of the reaction between H2O2 and NO2− and the pH value of the solution of active substance before it contacts the surface being disinfected lies in the range of 2.1≤pH≤6.8. The invention also relates to a device for providing the solution of active substance.

Moreover, the device (10) has an initial flow volume (60) into which the liquid (12) can be conducted, and that is surrounded by a wall (62). At least in a first region, the wall (62) of the initial flow volume (60) has the ground electrode device (30) such that the initial flow volume (60) is connected to the discharge space (40) in a liquid permeable manner via the ground electrode device (30).

摘要: The invention relates to a device for the treatment of free-form areas and zones of human or animal skin areas or plant surfaces by means of cold atmospheric-pressure plasma. The core of the device is a specific, preferably gas-permeable, electrode arrangement for generating a dielectrically impeded surface discharge where the earthed electrode is composed of electrically conductive textile material and the high-voltage electrode consists of a thin wire or electrically conductive thread which is sheathed with an insulting layer which has to meet specific requirements. On the basis of the present invention, it is possible to generate, in the area of diseased skin parts of the human body, in direct proximity to the skin surface or to wounds, a flat plasma for the treatment of the diseased areas which is acceptable in respect of the stress on the skin caused by temperature and electric potentials. The advantage of the gas-permeable textile sheet-like structure consists especially in that the arrangement can be placed flexibly onto variously curved surfaces and, in addition, offers the possibility of a gas exchange with the environment and/or the targeted dosing of a specific process gas mixture across the textile material into the active plasma zone.
