The liquid or viscous core can include 1-100% of a flavoring, based on total weight of the liquid or viscous core. The edible coating can include an effective amount of the at least one dietary supplement based on the weight of the edible coating. Also disclosed is a method of administering an effective amount of a dietary supplement. The method includes providing a plurality of coated spherical capsule and ingesting at least one coated spherical capsule for two or more days in order to deliver an effective amount of a dietary supplement.
