    摘要: A head pipe is disposed in a front side of a vehicle frame. Left and right main pipes extend from the head pipe toward a rear side of the vehicle frame. The Left and right main pipes are welded to the head pipe. A down tube extends from the head pipe toward the rear side and welded to the head pipe. The head pipe includes: a head pipe main body supporting a steering shaft; a main pipe connection portion disposed in a rear upper portion of the head pipe, the main pipe connection portion to which a front ends of the left and right main pipes are welded; and a down tube connection portion disposed in a rear lower portion of the head pipe. The head pipe main body, the main pipe connection portion and the down tube connection portion are integrally formed with one another by a casting or a forging. The down tube connection portion includes: an extension connection portion extending from the head pipe main body in a extending direction of the down tube; and a welding connection portion formed at a rear end portion of the extension connection portion, the welding connection portion to which a front end of the down tube is welded.

    摘要: Provided is a coercive-force specifying apparatus capable of creating a demagnetization curve for each divisional area of a coercive-force distributed magnet without breaking the coercive-force distributed magnet and of specifying an average coercive force for each divisional area precisely.A coercive force specifying apparatus of the present invention includes: a yoke including an insertion space into which a coercive-force distributed magnet is to be inserted; a magnetizing coil; a search coil that detects a magnetization change when the magnetic field is applied to the coercive-force distributed magnet; and a tracer that creates a demagnetization curve on a basis of a voltage value generated due to the magnetization change. The end face is provided with two or more loop-shaped thread grooves bored therein, the search coil being provided in each thread groove. The coercive-force distributed magnet includes a divisional area defined so as to correspond to each of the two or more search coils, and a voltage value due to a magnetization change detected by each search coil is transmitted to the tracer for creation of a magnetization curve at a corresponding divisional area as well as for specification of an average coercive force.

    摘要: An apparatus for continuously cooling a metal strip, which comprises: at least one cooling roll, which is freely rotatable and in contact with a metal strip continuously travelling in the longitudinal direction thereof, for continuously cooling the metal strip, a cooling liquid flowing through the interior of the cooling roll to continuously cool same, a contact area between the surface of the cooling roll and the surface of the metal strip being controllable; and a gas cooler, arranged on the exist side of the at least one cooling roll, for continuously cooling the metal strip by blowing a cooling gas onto the surface of the metal strip so as to achieve a uniform temperature distribution in the width direction of the metal strip after the final cooling thereof, the gas cooler comprising a plurality of mutually independent nozzle headers for blowing the cooling gas onto the surface of the metal strip, and the plurality of nozzle headers controlling at least one of a flow rate and a flow velocity of the cooling gas in the width direction of the metal strip.
